The room was adequate but very dark wood panelling, with a small window which overlooked a wall mad the room very dingy - poor lighting also but we didn't spend much time in the room - it was comfortable to sleep in. Easy to walk to places or hop on metro - felt safe in the area compared to some...

I do not speak French and I answer in English to the receptionist. His English is very poor and I do not understand his approach. The room was pre-paied and I'm asked for credit card, because...

Hotel was accommodating as we arrived at 10am and they prepared a room for us as we were early. Breakfast in the room that looked like a cave was great!! The restaurant next door called Visconti had amazing food! One negative, the desk attendant, Arnaud pretends to know more English. We requested a 5am Wake-up call so we could get...

The location of this hotel is good and as it is not in a main street the sleep quality is good too. But room is definitely outdated and breakfast and services are not of a very good quality... for me it is definitely not a 4 stars hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had a lovely time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was perfect for our 5 day trip in Paris. The hotel interior design is old fashioned, but we liked the atmosphere of "paris " thet we had. .

At check-in the misery started as they spoke in French saying that they don't like us because we booked through Hotwire... the room is dirty, the shower doesn't work, the TV's don't work, the advice in the elevator is to only step in it with 2 people as it is being fixed and complaints have zero effect. I can't believe...
