If you like cosy rooms with outdated furniture, quilts with cigarette burns, 50x50cm wide shower cubicles, the Mona Lisa staring at you all day and night, this is your place. Look, the place is very basic, no fridge, no safe, no nothing extra. However, it does get cleaned every day with fresh towels. Reception not so receptive, female more interested in her friend on her mobile phone than her clientele. Great wine bars around the place, but just remember - dinner not served until at least 11pm. Some great coffee shops, great bakeries and only 3 minute walk to the metro and 15 minutes into Paris. I'm sure there are better places to stay at better rates.

Friendly helpful receptionist, Yasmine. Room with minimum amenities only bodywash gel, a hand soap and hair wash provided. However, well located walking distance to metro and choices of eating places.

The hotel rooms are really small for the high stay charges. The rooms are clean but avoid staying in summers as there is no air conditioning or fan. The metro station is very near and there are some good restaurants and markets nearby. Recommendation is if you stay try to get a room above level 1.

I come to the 11th regularly and I will actively avoid staying here again. The good news is that the bed linen is clean and so is the room. There is no fridge in the room, the rooms are over heated, not all the lights work, the loos are wobbly and the decor is old. For the price there are better places to stay instead. On the plus side there are a couple of great wine bars and restaurants within 50 yards.

We stayed here for three nights and a great little hotel to stay in yes the room small and the shower but it did the job for the amount of time you stay in you room. The reception. Both the lady and gentlemen could not be more helpful nothing was a problem we recommend the bar next door but one looks like shop frontage but once you enter is a tiny bat with a great atmosphere you are slightly out of town but parmenter is a five minute walk and you can travel around on the metro without any problem. We would recommend this Little gem
