Hotel Muguet is locate about a 3 minute walk to two different metro stations, a 2 minute walk from the festive Rue Cler, and a 12 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is close to everything but very quiet and peaceful during the nighttime--unlike some other hotels in the Rue Cler area. The staff is generally helpful (though... More

I stayed at the hotel Muguet 11 Rue de Chevert in the 7th district of Paris May 2 - 6th. We were a group of 6 and so we had 3 rooms, all for 145 euro/night. All three rooms were great and one (#53) had a view of the Eiffel Tower, gorgeous when it was lit at night. The hotel... More

Hotel staff is very helpful from check in to check out, whether its navigating the Paris metro or getting a taxi, they are there for you. This is more like a family run hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and bathroom is very modern. Location cannot be beat, with wonderful restaurants (Le Florimond! ), cafes, post office, grocery, bookstore and... More

Down a nondescript little side street sits this gem of a hotel! My fiancé and I spent the first few days of a European tour at Hotel Muguet last September and thoroughly enjoyed it! For the reasonable rate you get a hotel room within walking distance to almost all the main attractions of Paris. The subway is less than 2... More

Beautifully appointed and well run by friendly staff, Hotel Muguet is a great place to stay. Our 5th-floor room facing Rue Chevert had 2 huge windows with a view of the Eiffel Tower, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom. The wi-fi worked perfectly, as did the in-room safe. We didn't use the TV or take breakfast at the hotel... More

My husband, our 15-year-old daughter, my parents, and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Muguet April 5 - 11. We were delighted with the hotel and the neighborhood. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Our triple room (#41) was surprisingly spacious in comparison to other places we have stayed in Paris. Even more important, the room was... More

While the room was small, it was a very charming room, and when you opened the window you see the top of the Eiffel tower. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating and helped us to try and improve our limited french. The hotel was located on a small street but a 5 minute walk to metro.... More

Located within walking distance of Rue Clair, the Eiffel tower, Ecole Militaire and 2 Metro stops on a quiet side street, we considered Hotel Muguet to be the perfect place to stay for 5 nights in Paris. Rooms were clean & seemed spacious, bathrooms fully equipped, beds were cozy & the windows opened. Seemed like an excellent value for us.... More

Before we started renting apts. we stayed many times at l'Hotel Muguet and fell in love with its cleanliness, constant up-grading and service...to the point that we became friends with the Pelletier family and now place our family and friends there when they visit Paris. The news is that Mme Pelletier has just bought the well located, but a bit... More

Neighborhood Profile
Tour Eiffel / Invalides
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
