What a wonderful hotel and location! The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms are exceptional. We stayed here for my wife’s 30th birthday celebrations and they went above and beyond to make it special for her. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, we would stay here again one million times over.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed at Hotel Elysia for a 3-day trip to Paris with my daughter as a treat for her 30th birthday. The whole experience was incredible - every aspect. The initial welcome from the reception staff and all front of house staff, the breakfast staff and housekeeping staff was wonderful. The room we’d been assigned was classed as an Executive Room. We were completely blown away by the size and luxury of the room, both thinking we’d struck lucky and thought it was one of their best rooms. It turned out, it wasn’t the cheapest grade of room, but the second cheapest, so all I can say is the the next level of rooms and suites must be fit for royalty, as our room was absolutely incredible - immaculately clean, well-equipped, warm, very spacious and had a pre-arranged hand-written welcoming note on the bed with half a bottle of champagne for my daughter. The bathroom equalled the magnificence of the bedroom - equally clean, with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash and what seemed like a 6ft bath with jacuzzi jets and colour changing lights - an absolutely perfect way to end our days, especially with such freezing temperatures outside. The linen was soft, the bed really comfortable and adjustable heating controls to ensure the perfect temperature for each guest. Breakfast was lovely, incorporating fresh juices, hot and cold food, fruit, yoghurts, pastries and croissants. The breakfast staff were very friendly, and very attentive. Particular mention needs to go to a gentleman call Pavel. Pavel worked on the Front of House and is a credit to the hotel management. Professional, polite, very interested in our itinerary, but what stood out the most for me, was when he gave me a hotel business card on the night France played Morocco in the World Cup Semi-finals. The roads were to be closed off and trouble was expected after the match. We were two women walking back to the hotel late at night and he was clearly concerned, asking us to call the hotel if we came across any difficulties. This was very reassuring, and he didn’t need to do that, but it was an example of going above and beyond what he was required to do and were were very grateful knowing we had this as a back up. I loved seeing Pavel on reception and updating him with stories of our adventures, all of which were surprises for my daughter. Pavel played along brilliantly. So we will definitely return to Hotel Elysia. We loved the hotel, the room, the service, the staff and in particular Pavel. Thank you so much everyone. You’re all a dream team xx…

A very Comforting stay, The room was spacious, clean and had a nice modern style. The cleanliness of the room, food, and the over all hotel was spectacular. One of the great and rare features you find in hotels outside, is a water hose in the bathroom which is a must to Arabs! Finally every person that works in the hotel is wonderful, they are always ready to help and make you feel right at home with a beautiful smile of their faces. We have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The hotel is a beautifully restored old French hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the our bed was absolutely divine. Very quiet, yet only a block away from the Champs Elysee. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to visit again.

Definitely not a 5*. 1. room category did not match the descriptions on the website. When we just arrived we were given a room 61, but we were really disappointed about the view straight on the wall and very small windows without balcony as it was mentioned on the description on the site. Front desk promised us to change our room next day, but there were no any free rooms next day and they gave us smaller room (it was absolutely not the same category, but front desk told us that description on the site is not correct and all the big rooms haven’t any view) 2. the door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn't close, which created additional difficulties as we were vacationing with a 14 year old son and I always tried to avoid inconvenience 3. the hair dryer in the room was old and rusty, when i turned it on it flared up and sparks came out of it. I asked reception for a new hair dryer, as my son got out of the shower and sat with a wet head. I did not get for the hair dryer, just as I did not get for either a call or a message that it would not be brought. 4. I left broken hair dryer on the floor so that no one else would use it, but after cleaning the room, it remained on the floor 5. Unfortunately, the hotel team could not book a restaurant for us, which we really wanted to go to, but when we contacted the restaurant on our own, there were no problems and we were given a table Overall experience is low, we didn’t feel very welcome, the service was really mediocre, definitely not a 5 star expectation. Despite this facts I want to mention your team member who were very helpful and friendly-Lia and 1 French guy from reception, I forgot his name, he always was very nice and friendly.…

I tried to get late checkout for my suite they said 200€ for 1 hour and i said its ok then they called said no told them ok late checkout for the other room also they refused it was not acceptable from their side it was the first hotel to trat me like that and we were 6 persons me and minors my kids so i had so much things to pack after them and the hotel werent helpful at all

I recently visited Paris with my wife and stayed at Hotel Elysia. This place is fantastic. The staff were friendly, the hotel room was beautiful and it was a short walk from major attractions and the metro. I would love to stay at this hotel again, it's a great place to chill out after a busy day walking around the city.

The staff at Elysia were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too hard, everyone was helpful and kind. We had to unexpectedly extend our stay, everything was looked after perfectly, with the staff helping us in a foreign city with an unwell child. Highly recommend.

We booked Elysia because we wanted a good hotel that is central and where we coiuld also relax a bit after a long day walking this beautiful city. What we found was a perfect city hotel, super-clean, super-friendly, reasonably quiet for being in the middle of it all…. and with rooms the size you would not expect for a hotel in Paris (even at this price-range). I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Room 61 for a quiet night, Room 32 for the view and the athmosphere… ;-)
