The level of attention to detail in this hotel is remarkable--if you look close, every texture, color, light, and selection is a feast for the eyes. The staff is kind, warm, and helpful. The air conditioning is a MUST in Paris and doesn't disappoint. And it's on a quiet street-a rare find in this city. I'll be back. Oh, and the bakery on the corner is insane--some days there are more than 50 people in line to go. Yes, the rooms are on the smallish side, but standard for Paris. That's NORMAL. If you're from America and you want to complain about small hotel rooms, simply don't come to Paris.
We were truly charmed by the Hotel Taylor. Having stayed in cities such as Rome, London, Vienna in mid-range hotels such as this, this way by far the cleanest, cutest, and most hospitable experience we’ve had thus far. I have to imagine it was the best hotel we could have found for the same price. We are accustomed to European hotels having a slightly lower standard compared to the same “star level” at an American hotel, but the Hotel Taylor was certainly on par. The rooms are normal European sized (smaller than US but on par for Europe). The service was outstanding—impeccably clean, attentive and responsive staff, delicious and well-stocked breakfast. The decor was so cohesive and really brought the whole hotel together to make you feel stylish and glamorous. The location was also great—enough restaurants and shops around to be cute and entertaining, but enough removed from the extremely touristy areas to be quiet and safe. The neighborhood definitely had a charming French character. Around a 7 minute walk to metro stations. Would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Paris! Can’t wait to be back!…
I specify that my review is only about my room on the sixth floor! the room is too small, you struggle to move, the bathroom is extremely small !! there is always noise outside Window, because of the air conditioning motor!
This hotel is perfectly located in central Paris and as its in a quiet road it’s really calm. The breakfast was excellent and the room size correct. There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. The personnel were efficient and very polite
We've stayed at Hotel Taylor before, but this is the first time since it's been refurbished. We'll definitely return again. It's beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet and staff are always lovely. Really excellent value.
We enjoyed 3 nights in Hotel Taylor during our city trip to Paris. Me and my mother had a wonderful room on the first floor. The hotel is really beautifully decorated, very clean and the beds are very good. It’s also really quiet and calm, which is really nice after a long day of exploring the city. We also liked the breakfast: fresh food and plenty of choice. The location is lovely as well: within half an hour of walking you’re at the Louvre, Notre Dame and Pont Neuf. You can also easily take the metro which is around the corner. There’s also a little square with good restaurants around the corner. Thank you Hotel Taylor for our perfect stay!!
Loved my stay at Hotel Taylor. The hotel is well-maintained and the room I stayed in was nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is also great as it is in a lively neighborhood. I will definitely come back to stay here again.
The rooms compared to Paris standard are very spacious, extremly clean and quiet, the decor is tastefull. Beakfast was delicious and all safety policies respected. Cleaning is made daily, towels replaced. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The hotel is locaded on a quiet street, verly close to bistros and cafes, also a 15 min walk to Pompidou centre and 20 min walk to Notre Dame. I highly recommend it for a trip to Paris, even for longer days ( i stayed for 1 week ).
This hotel was perfect for a quick stop over. The location is exactly where you would want to be, with the metro, bars, cafés and some great restaurants close by. The staff are friendly and the room was very clean!
First time at the Taylor and I was genuinely impressed. Easy to get to, quiet street, stylishly renovated rooms and incredibly friendly staff & service. Reasonably priced as well. I've stayed at a number of similar hotels in the past around the city and this one beats them all.
