It was worse than i expected. The double bed (the biggest in this hotel) was only 130cm.. We before the trip, asked the hotel manager what size bed it will be, ant he/she answerd, that approximately 160-170cm width. So you can guess how we were surprised, when we mesured the bed (i am an architect i always have tape with...

It is the dirtiest place I've ever been to; horrible breakfest served on filthy table clothing, horrible people, I got yelled because I asked about the filthy table clothing (guilty were the tourists who were there before) and refused to change it, no plumming, smelly place all over starting with reception, windows not closing; this place is a public danger,...

The location is great! between major stations, you have access to many bus stops right around the corner, metro stations, RER, everything! location combined with price is reason enough to stay in this hotel! the neighborhood is okay too, many markets and restaurants nearby which are still open late at night! I stayed at a one bedroom single room. It...

This experience went downhill quickly. Our room did not have heating in November, and instead we were given an electric heater which did not work either. The bath panel was clinging on for dear life and stains down the toilet made going in the bathroom an unpleasant experience. If you zoom in on the photos you can see the mould...

Breakfast is included (Juice, baguette, croissant and tea, coffee or hot chocolate). Staff very polite and helpful. I also must add that it...

We stayed in a twin-bedded room on the fifth floor. Roomy with windows opening on to a little balcony over looking the street. Basic, but clean and everything worked. We stayed 8 nights, had little noise from the street, and were comfortable even though there were some high temperatures. Some guests may need air conditioning which this room did not...

Friendly and chatty receptionist, always good for a welcome. Lift small , only enough for one plus luggage, but better than dragging cases up three floors. Room small, just enough for a small double bed, wardrobe space either side and a desk, tv on wall, only French speaking channels. Bathroom: shower quite large in proportion to the room. There was...

Busy street outside but a quiet hotel. Comfortable bed, good facilities, useful lift, breakfast room with character in cellar. Easy walking distance of Gare du Nord, Metro, variety of shops and eating places. Strongly recommend and hope to go again. Excellent value for money.

A small room that screams "Get out of me and see the city!" but couldn't stop me forgetting things and going back. Staff who actually remembered my name and my situations. The WiFi was down much of the time which was a pain, but the continental breakfast was good, the bed good and good sized. My only other complaint would...
