We stayed in a twin-bedded room on the fifth floor. Roomy with windows opening on to a little balcony over looking the street. Basic, but clean and everything worked. We stayed 8 nights, had little noise from the street, and were comfortable even though there were some high temperatures. Some guests may need air conditioning which this room did not... More

Friendly and chatty receptionist, always good for a welcome. Lift small , only enough for one plus luggage, but better than dragging cases up three floors. Room small, just enough for a small double bed, wardrobe space either side and a desk, tv on wall, only French speaking channels. Bathroom: shower quite large in proportion to the room. There was... Busy street outside but a quiet hotel. Comfortable bed, good facilities, useful lift, breakfast room with character in cellar. Easy walking distance of Gare du Nord, Metro, variety of shops and eating places. Strongly recommend and hope to go again. Excellent value for money.

A small room that screams "Get out of me and see the city!" but couldn't stop me forgetting things and going back. Staff who actually remembered my name and my situations. The WiFi was down much of the time which was a pain, but the continental breakfast was good, the bed good and good sized. My only other complaint would... More

The location is close to Gare du Nord the Eurostar Paris station. Hotel is small and old with lots of querky aspects. Room was comfortable and well heated. It actually had opening windows and this helped with temperature control. Room had a basic fridge but no kettle. However, this was quickly remedied after asking the helpful reception staff. The street... More

I stayed here in May 2013. I thought I'd left a review but can't find it. Many reviews here mention rude, unfriendly staff and a grubby hotel. That was not my experience at all. Yes, the room was small BUT it was CLEAN and comfortable. The first person I met on the front desk was Yas, who I understand is... More

After reading other reviews i was expecting something dreadful and was at first pleasantly surprised - its a cheap hotel and is perfectly adequate, room small but clean with clean towels and sheets, TV, fridge and even a hairdrier. Great location - walking distance from Gares du Nord and Est, and a few minutes from metro and bus stop. friendly... More

The male bald headed guy that worked at 3:15am on 9/24/2015 was the most disrespectful human I ever meet. The previous day we told the frint desk we had to check out very early and she said that's no problem. However, the morning of our check out me and my husband decided to wait for our shuttle service about 15mins... More
