We choose this hotel in first term because the price were one of the most affordable for us. We stayed for three nights and we were impressed by several points, as the great location of the hotel, close to a metro station and turistic attractions. The service at the desk by the owners was always very nice, lot of info...

My husband and I stayed here and reading the reviews, we didn't expect much. We are very pleased to say we had a great stay at this hotel. The man working was very nice and helpful and the rooms were very clean and modern. Its in the city and close to a metro station. We came in after a night...

Arriving in the night, the staff claimed prepayment of full stay in cash. Having not that much euro, we had to fight to reduce payment to the first night. They did not accept Cards like VISA or MC. After two days I was attacked by bed bugs, hundreds of bites, and had to og to the hospital. The management seemed...

Stayed there in Sept 2014 for two nights, selected the place for the great location and the low price but I regretted it. Creepy room, suspicious and arrogant persons behind the desk. One toilet and one shower for the entire floor, keys shall be borrowed and returned at the desk... To be avoided.

This is a very basic, cheap hotel. They are completely incompetent, avoid at all costs. I booked for three nights. However, on returning on the third evening, I found they were surprised to see me: they thought I had already left, although I hadn't checked out! They had failed to note I was there for THREE, and not TWO, nights,...

Me and my boyfriend have stayed here for 5 nights. We chose this hotel because of the decent price and good location (which is really great). And these are all the good things I can say about the hotel. We also booked breakfast (4 euros per person), and although it was really cheap we did not expect yesterday's baguettes (to...

stayed here recently and have to say that i thought it was a perfectly fine hotel in a lovely part of the city. very reasonable price and staff were quite friendly. you don't pay ritz prices, so you probably shouldn't expect ritz service or quality.

Stayed here during my first trip to Paris. It's not fancy, but it's clean, friendly, and has everything that me and my traveling companion needed to be safe and well rested at night before we'd head out for the entire day to see the city. It's very conveniently located, near shops, an ATM, a post office, the metro, and a...

Staying in Montparnasse

Neighborhood Profile
Montparnasse
The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the center of Paris this neighborhood has something for every hour of the day.
