Nothing else to say other than perfect. Location: bang in the centre. 15-20 min walk from most sites. Good food options in the surrounding area Room: Stunning room. We had the most basic room option, yet this covered all aspects of a 5 star room. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and nice amenities. The room has everything needed. The bathroom was small but perfectly formed. Very good powerful shower. Pool & Spa perfect. Slick and instagramable. Warm pool temperature. The perfect tonic after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Service Very professional and. Friendly. The front desk and concierge always on hand to help. My fiancée tripped and damaged her ankle and the staff were amazing in Helping. Each morning they would ask how she was and if we needed anything. There were no downsides. Bar: Very slick and tasty snacks and drinks. Perfect truffle nuts and olives served. I would and am going to return here every year!!!…
Located a short walk from Av. Montaigne, Eiffel Tower and Champs-Elysées, this new boutique hotel offers an amazing 5* experience in the heart of Paris. The interior design has been curated to the utmost detail. Finest luxury without any unnecessary ostentation. Delux Spacious rooms (have I already mentioned the gorgeous décor of all spaces!?) provide a king bed with a mattress and pillows which make us feel sleeping in the clouds. The soundproofing is amazing – even the AC, turned on all night, did not emit the slightest buzz – impeccable! Marshal soundbar, Nespresso machine, flat TV behind the mirror, without forgetting the astonishing shower, every detail means the Hotel was designed with the guest in mind. Final word for concierge service – Guillaume and Caroline are there to give you recommendations you will remember for life. Well done guys! Definitely our new home in Paris is at 18 Rue Clément Marot! The only negative: Weather: really bad. Cloudy and rainy all weekend. But even that the Hotel managed accordingly with its 5* status – impeccable umbrellas at guests disposal.…
After 14hrs on the plane, this is our first stop. Reached at 10am and they're very kind to allow us to check in. Thank you once again. Attention to detail on furnishing and display of food at breakfast are obviously high on their priority list. Maybe too much on the furnishing, many impractical designs in the room. The TV is hidden behind the mirror which you can't see ANYTHING if you've some lights on. And because of this "Clever idea" of the TV, it doesn't allow this hotel to have a bigger TV should they want an "upgrade". Shower area is spacious but there's no holder to put your shower gel or face wash, have to put it on the floor. All the drawers can't be opened. The person who design the room really should travel more and stay in hotel so he/she realize how silly they were. We'd the Junior Suite, room is not particularly big. Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Is small but quality is very good. The fruits selection are so good. Though I've to say their chefs can't cook a good omelette. 3 days of omelette looks more like pancake very flat and doesn't taste very good. Gym is not 24hr though they say opens at 7am, we can still head there at 530am but the place will be dark, lights will be switched on only at 6am. Machines are very new and gym is small. The pool is nice. Sauna and Steam room are small. Staff are all very polite but the dining area all the staff tends to wear the mask to cover their mouth only. Also, they're relax on guest who refuse to wear mask. We enjoy having wine at the open area. Wine by the glass is all very good. They also serve us complimentary Truffle Cashew nuts, nice! Overall is a lovely place and location is good. However I can see a problem during peak season as the Spa and gym will be packed.…
Excellent food. Congratulations to the kitchen team. Everything was so tasty so fine. Incredible taste experience. We definitely recommend it. Cocktails were also a surprise. We have been suggested great digestive cocktails in order to close our dinner. Thank you L'envolée team!!!! We will be back.
Wow ! The decoaration is really amazing , very floral , we loved the mix of textures and materials on all the ground floor, it's very special and surprising , we loved it ! Fantastic breakfast with fresh products and very good services. Rooms decoration is softer, very soothing , extra comfy bed and pillow. All necessary amenities including ...Nespresso coffee maker and a surprisingly hidden TV set.
Location and service was 5*****, but this hotel is not managed. Accommodation for breakfast is to small and not enough people to serv. All elevators were stocked and it was not well managed. Most bad cocktails ever and worse services. I would advice the managed and the owner to take action or you will very soon loose your status as a 5***** hotel. Definitely not the right price for the right accommodation
The location is superd, the hotel is vey central to all attractions. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and the staff professional and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is rich and the coffee is great. The decoration is stunning, very original, we loved the billiard room !!!
Location is perfect, concierge are remarkable and very helpful. The Spa is amazing, the pool is really big for Paris, with a huge Jacuzzi and massage jets. The sauna and hamman are great, and the fitness room is well equipped.
