Had 4 night stay here. Reception excellent, breakfast nice, Staff friendly. Location for sightseeing is ok if using public transport. We had room 522 the room was clean with good ac, a lovely hot shower, 32" tv. small fridge. safety deposit box, comfy kingsize bed, bed setee, 2 x chairs and desk. The room over looks the busy motorway however the rooms are soundproofed. My only negative point is the rooms are tired, slightly musty and in need of renovation. You can disguise a smell for a short amount of time. Would i stay again? If the rooms were updated yes.

The hotel management and Accor hotels in general are terrible. They only want your money.Cutomer service?? Forget about it.I recommend staying away from ALL Novotel prperties.Several attempts of trying to work with Novotel and Accor all ended negatively.

I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in June. Check in was swift. Our room was really Big, was very surprised with how spacious it was. We looked out onto the busy motorway. I must say though, that i didn’t find it very noisy. I struggle to sleep with any noise and I was fine here! Air conditioning did work but wasn’t very powerful as such. However, it wasn’t too stuffy in the room. Bathroom included shower gel and shampoo, bathroom was very clean! Although the hotel itself isn’t near the main attractions, it was around a 20/30 minute walk to arc de triumphe. We did tend to Uber most places but that did end up quite expensive. Breakfast was really nice. Had lots of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. Waffles and chocolate spread. A lot of different types of breads and pastries also. Coffee machines and fruit juice. Fridge in room has one bottle of water, could do with at least 2. The water that we had to buy from the bar was expensive just for water so would recommend getting some bottles from a shop. I would stay here again, however it was just a bit too far out for me, but nothing at all wrong with the hotel.

Air conditioning doesn’t do anything, the carpet in the room was sticky, carpets in the corridors were flat out filthy, the gym was super hot, which is not surprising considering there was no air conditioning and that it’s a greenhouse, and had one weight Breakfast was good All in all, an unpleasant experience, will not return there if I have a choice

The service is horrible . Terrible attitude the check in time is 2:00pm we had to wait for 2 hours . The rooms are extremely small for the price . The hotel dose not have a working air conditioning making it impossible to wait with kids . Do not go there it’s an absolute nightmare.

Upon check-in, I was to be upgraded (status). The only higher category room was on the last floor, a smoking one (I thought smoking rooms belonged to the past!). Although I am not a smoker, I accepted since there were no smell. The room was a regular Novotel one, with no possibility to open the window, unfortunately. Usual basic amenities, although the Nespresso machine in the room was a big plus. Service was all right. Bottom line: A regular Novotel that does the job.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, the front looks out on to the busy main ring rd (like London M25 not to be recommended) so we had a quiet room at the back. Disappointed that the only room available was a disabled room. Poor lighting in bathroom and by beds. No side tables by beds and only one chair. Good pay parking, Decent shower and room was quiet but expected more from a four star hotel in Paris.

Location not near the ‘sites’ of Paris. A good brisk 15-20 minute walk to the nearest metro. No restaurants or cafes near by either. The room lacked any fresh air as the window was sealed shut. There was air conditioning but I wouldn’t say it brought in fresh air. The room was constantly stuffy. The bed was very firm and the mattress was covered in plastic which was uncomfortable to sleep on. Asked for a topper and was provided with a throw. In the end used bath towels under the sheet. The tea / coffee facilities - no milk provided. Told it’s because of ‘the plastic’. When asked for some milk a staff member was very rude and eventually provided 3 plastic pots of milk. No mugs provided, only paper cups in the rooms (which have plastic in them to make water tight)! In the bar area there was a bait trap for rodents situated behind the bar in full sight!! We had breakfast 1 morning which was satisfactory. Witnessed staff being rude to other guests. The room was clean with regular change of bedding and towels. Some reception staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us on check out. I wouldn’t recommend this for families with children or elderly guests. (Premier Inns in UK are if a better standard).

The hotel room was lovely and was cleaned daily. While the hotel is a little away from the famous sights, there were bus stops very close by and the metro was just a few minutes walk. The staff were always smiling and very pleasant which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was great and there was a good choice of food. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Lovely sized rooms, easy check in pleasant Staff, although the barman has a little attitude about him but you can just brush it off as a bad day, the breakfast hot a very good selection and good quality the staff were very attentive and constantly replenishing the anything needed, the only thing I didn't like at breakfast is that they will try and push you onto joining other people at other tables rather than getting another table dirty, Tip: rooms are available at no extra cost facing the Eiffel Tower upon request
