The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff are very helpful (even being polite when we checked out at 4am!). For Paris this is a great hotel - the service is great, the room is good considering the location and price, and the breakfast was a great way to start your adventures in this beautiful city. Airconditioning was...

We have stayed at the Prince several times and have grown to like its quirkiness. Pros: awesome location near Eiffel Tower distrcit. The neighborhood is surprisingly un-touristy and the nearby Rue Cler offers nice shopping. Metro stop right on the corner. The hotel is family run and the desk staff will go out of their way for you. They like...

This is a fine hotel for the price. I find some of the other reviews on this site to be quite snobby and unrealistic. Because you will be in PARIS, you will not be spending a lot of time in the hotel. This hotel has what you need -- a clean quiet room to sleep in, a comfortable bed, air...

My wife and I stayed in April 2006 at the Prince Hotel. Great location - no doubt about it. Upscale, quiet neighborhood, very close to the Metro and the Eifel Tower. Our room was fine, obviously much better than the others posted on here. When I'm using a 2-star hotel I want clean room, safe surroundings and a working bathroom....

After reading multiple raves about the Hotel Prince, I booked a room for four nights. We checked in on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The man at the front desk had liquor on his breath and the extent of his hospitality was to push Seine cruises for a small discount when booked through him. He loaded our luggage into the tiny...

Having traveled in 2-star European hotels consistently for over a decade, I wasn't expecting much, but this time I was truly embarrassed by the Hotel Prince and the triple room I had booked for my family vacation in Paris. The furnishings could only be described as shabby and worn, those pieces of wallpaper that weren't being held up with duct...

We just got back from a stay at the Prince Hotel - February 26 through March 5. Cannot say enough good things about the location of the hotel. In the 7th (very nice, quiet, safe), literally right across the street from the Ecole Militare metro stop. We used the metro to get everywhere in town. We also walked about 10-15...

My husband and I stayed in the Hotel Prince on Ecole Militarie, a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. This hotel was right across the street from the subway, and buses were plentiful. The hotel lobby is small, not lavish, but all help at the desk were great!! Everyone spoke English, all were extremely helpful in assisting us to connect...

We stayed at the Prince Hotel in late September. Our room was on the 4th floor of the hotel overlooking the inside courtyard of the building. It was a very depressing view; fortunately we only really used the hotel for sleeping. The air-conditioning in our room didn't work half the time so we had to keep the windows open, overlooking...
