The Mercure always provides very good standards. Very good location just metres away from the two major department stores in Boulevard Haussman, and a short 10mins walk to the Opera. Best to take a higher priced room if you stay many days and need a little more space than usual. Very welcoming staff. Good breakfast choice. NO restaurant facility -... More

I have stayed at many 3.5/4 star hotels in Paris over the years for work. This hotel is the best of its kind I have experienced in a long time. Why? The answer is easy - helpful, efficient and friendly staff all of whom speak good English. I cannot remember the last time someone in Paris helped with my bags... More

Because of Euro2016 all hotels in Paris are more expensive then normal but to ask EUR 240 for standard double at a Mercure that is actually the size of a cupboard is asking for a negative review. The room was so small that to open the closet (tiny) to hang my suit, the doors would hit the bed. No space... More

The minute I stepped into the Hotel I knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The staff were so friendly, polite and hospitable. We needed to change one of our rooms from a double to a twin room but still be close together and the staff were so accommodating. Breakfast is served from 6.30-11am and there is plenty of... More

Hotel is in a good location very near to Opera Garnier & within walking distance to many attractions namely the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay. The hotel room is clean but very small; was hard for two people and suitcases to manoeuvre.

Positive points: breakfast and Localization. Negative points. 1) Bathroom is very small, the body gel and shampoo came together like an Ibis budget Hotel. To wash yoour hands you have a small soap. 2) Room also is too small - it has only one small chair.. In a 4 stars hotels I espected a room like a Mercure or Novotel.... More

Reasonable hotel, very small rooms and nice staff. If you plan on train travel (day trips to Giverny, Reims, etc, this hotel is block away from a main station. If you want a large room at a budget price, you should probably look elsewhere.

Spent one night during a business trip to Paris. A good hotel with nice, but small rooms. Also served a breakfast with a good variety of choices. My room faced an inner yard and it made for a totally quite night. A clear recommend from me. My room size do allow for two persons comfortably but no chance to fit... More

This was a nice hotel. Rooms are small as you would expect in Paris. They clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also nice. The hotel is in a great location, close to trains, shopping and restaurants. It was an all around great experience.
