The hotel is small and the rooms too. You pay for wifi axcess which is a minus. Likewise is payment for a safety box. That made me sulk at first but the positive things took over. We hot extra pillows at once and so on.

I always stay in this hotel when I am in Paris. The location is convenient, close to Gar de Nord, Metro Cadet is two minutes away making the access to other parts of Paris quick and easy. The rooms are quiet, clean and the staff is always polite and helpful. There are restaurants, shops and Galeries Lafayette is 10 minutes away.

It's at a walking distance from Gare du Nord Eurostar station and from mall Galeries Lafayette. There is a supermarket at 50 meters. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good: good position for tourists, close to a metro station. Bad: no wi-fi included, very bad noise insulation, poor and always the same breakfast (if included). But, above all, Paris is magnificent though little expensive.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
