Central, very functional hotel for the traveler who does only need a good night's sleep in a very central location .... Amenities are quite limited and do not invite for lounging or leisure. Could definitely do better for the price it costs.

The hotel gains points for it’s location and staff. It’s located blocks from the train station and a bus stop is at the hotel. Major shopping area is within walking distance. The hotel is basic, but will well fit your needs; especially if you plan to be away for the day sightseeing. Recommend if you are new to Paris and budget conscious. The American friendly staff was great!xx

This hotel was great. From even before I arrived, the hotel reached out to me and gave options for transportation from the airport. They were extremely helpful. The staff was great and extremely friendly when I arrived and all through my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was very near to the Metro to get all over the city. Would recommend this place.

Hotel is located beside Gare St Lazare. We stayed there 6 nights. I found the Hotel staff friendly and helpful in every way. The room was as advertised. A solid European Hotel with every convenience needed. Hotel provided an add on breakfast. There was an excellent array of food. I recommend this hotel. Excellent value for the money. Thank you to the staff for making our stay pleasurable.

We booked a family room, and I was very pleased with the arrangement. There was a double bed that was almost as big as a queen size bed in the US. There was a couch in the room that folded out into two twin beds which my teens said were comfortable. The beds were set up when we arrived. The room was very hot when we arrived, but it did cool down eventually. We had it set to 18 degrees but it was never that cool, but it was cool enough to sleep comfortably - probably about 24 degrees. The bathroom arrangement was a little strange - the toilet was in one area and across a hall the shower and sink were in another area. It wasn't a problem, but I found it odd. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I didn't love the location as it seems far from the main sites, but it's right next to Gare Saint Lazare train and subway station so we were easily able to get everywhere we wanted. This is definitely not a four star hotel, but it was quite adequate for our needs and I would stay there again.

The hotel markets itself as a different one that it is. As the lady hotel receptionist said: "You should not believe all on our website." The room 213 was horrible. We booked the room 8 months ago, but could not have a room upstairs as asked. The room was the level of a 1 or 2 stars hotel. The breakfast did not include freshly pressed orange juice or fresh fruit salad, as stated in the marketing. The photo of the hotel building on the webpage is misleasing. I travel a lot and this was simply misleading and fooling. We payed for a better room and got a leftover. There was 8 months time to organise it. I feel sad and fooled.
