I chose this hotel for our short stay in Paris mainly for convenience, being adjacent to the Gare du Nord station. Upon arrival, we found it to be refreshingly different from the usual run of "international" hotel brands. The Reception Desk is small, yet functional, the winding wooden staircase up to our second floor rooms was easily negotiated, and the...

New Hotel is just a drop kick from Gare du Nord (train station), making it a great place to access the subway, Eurostar and other country links. The BigBus tour also stops right out front, and there are plenty of Paris style restaurants within a few metres walk.

Great location, right next to Gare du Nord train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can't comment on the food since my booking did not include any breakfast. Room was very small but warm and comfy. Ideal for young people on vacation.

Good hotel offering clean rooms and an excellent selection at breakfast. Staff are friendly, it's situation makes access easy as it is straight across from the Gard de Nord. Local cafe/restaurants offer fair priced meals. Open Tour bus stops outside making sight seeing less stressful.

Our room was across from Gare Du Nord. Some noise. The room was effective for 3 night stay in Paris where we used the room just to sleep. The staff assisted us in finding restaurants to eat. Was able to travel around Paris from subway with very little extra walking.

Great old hotel with bags of rustic charm and yes, in need of some redecoration. But that's why it's cheap. Even got a balcony room facing the station which was awesome. Yes there was a lot of noise from the hordes of football fans here for Euro 2016 but made for a great atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff and close to...

OK - it was cheap. It was very close to Gare du Nord. But staff was not very interested, elevator was smallest I've seen. Room was tiny, and the bathroom left more to be desired. You can live with it if main goal is to stay central and cheap. But you can do much much better for a few euros...

This hotel is very well located. I stayed there for one night only on my way back to the UK, the hotel is aceptable the reception staff was very friendly, the room was ok but there wasn't an air-conditioning unit in my room but I was too tired to get back to ask for a different room, however the view...

although the location (if you are using the Gare du Nord) is excellent, the hotel itself is nothing more than a very expensive and dirty hostel. Our room on the fifth floor was dirty, paint chipping off the ceiling, holes in the bed cover, dust balls on the floor, stained furniture, etc. I would not recommend this hotel. If the...

We'd spent 4 days in Disney land paris and had booked to stay here for just one night to have 2 days visiting Paris. Being right outside Gare du Nord this hotel is excellently situated. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Having a room on the 3rd floor with young family (one needing a pushchair) made things a...
