Great old hotel with bags of rustic charm and yes, in need of some redecoration. But that's why it's cheap. Even got a balcony room facing the station which was awesome. Yes there was a lot of noise from the hordes of football fans here for Euro 2016 but made for a great atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff and close to...

OK - it was cheap. It was very close to Gare du Nord. But staff was not very interested, elevator was smallest I've seen. Room was tiny, and the bathroom left more to be desired. You can live with it if main goal is to stay central and cheap. But you can do much much better for a few euros...

This hotel is very well located. I stayed there for one night only on my way back to the UK, the hotel is aceptable the reception staff was very friendly, the room was ok but there wasn't an air-conditioning unit in my room but I was too tired to get back to ask for a different room, however the view...

although the location (if you are using the Gare du Nord) is excellent, the hotel itself is nothing more than a very expensive and dirty hostel. Our room on the fifth floor was dirty, paint chipping off the ceiling, holes in the bed cover, dust balls on the floor, stained furniture, etc. I would not recommend this hotel. If the...

We'd spent 4 days in Disney land paris and had booked to stay here for just one night to have 2 days visiting Paris. Being right outside Gare du Nord this hotel is excellently situated. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Having a room on the 3rd floor with young family (one needing a pushchair) made things a...

Regretful, stay after a late night arrival. The room was cosy, air conditioner very noisy. Didn't get much sleep in the stuffy room, breakfast staff were great, but the value for money, eat outside, you could do much better and have change. The cornerstone of a breakfast is the coffee or orange juice, so many hotels just don't get it....

Just stayed the one night and the hotel is right outside gare du nord train station . Check in was quick and we were told of the buffet style breakfast in the morning for 7.50 euros . We had a room on the 4th floor on the corner of the hotel overlooking the station . The hotel has a lift...

As you walk out of Gare du Nord you literally only have to cross the road to get to the hotel. Says it all really! For what we needed (football trip) it was ideal after travelling overnight - drop bags off at reception and off you go. The beds were comfy, view of the train station immense and relatively cheap....

Had a day in Paris as fallout from the transport strike. Needed place to stay with easy access to CDG and convenient to get to wherever I wanted. You can't get more suitable than this hotel. Neat, affordable, friendly staff.

It is literally just across the street from the Gare du Nord train station, right across the street from the tilting sculpture that's in front of the new glass roof extension of the station. You will see a purple color vertical sign that states "New Hotel" and the entrance is on the corner street. You will more likely see the...
