Good location in relation to nightlife and availability of food and drinks. Staff don't understand much english but we get there in the end. Sometimes maybe best to use google translate. Room had a shower and basin. Toilet is outside the room. When you leave the hotel you're required to leave your key.

An excellent find with a distinctive French feel compared to the usual "international" chains. Breakfast was good and as you would expect the coffee was excellent and generally a very pleasant place to stay close to my business meetings. There are also plenty of places nearby to eat in the evening.

This is a serviceable hotel. It's decor in the public areas leaves a lot to be desired but the guest room I had was fine. The staff are pleasant people who want to b helpful. I would certainly use it again.

My room was not as nice as the pictures shown on the website. Was given a room in the attic on the 7th floor which was reasonably comfortable but low ceilings and glad I was not sharing with anyone else as it would have then felt small and restrictive.

Location of the hotel is perfect. We took the Roissy bus from CDG airport, the bus stop at the Opera is a walkable distance to the hotel. Hotel is also situated in a great spot for taking the Metro, very close to Richlieu-Drouot, Bourse, and Grands Boulevard. Tourist destinations, it is a walkable distance to Galeries Lafayette, Palais Garnier, La...

Great hotel, very clean, after refurbished. Our room was big and had very comfortable beds. The location is perfect: train station, metro and walking distance to many attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again

Hotel on a quiet side street. 5 min. Walk to the Louvre. Underground station 1/2 block away. Staff wonderful, especially Alan who spoke English very well. Everyone eager to help & give assistance. Plenty of choices for dining around. Room was surprisingly large & updated, as was the bathroom. 5th floor room, quiet but no view. Would have liked a...

There was a lot that I could say about this hotel and how welcoming it was! The front desk area is well designed and located, with a mascot/hotel cat to add to the comfort. The room was spacious enough but as we paid for room without toilet it felt a little small. Can't fault the hotel or it's staff and...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

“Comfort double room was spacious for a central Parisienne hotel; street facing room had a good outlook but could be a bit noisy late night/early morning with the loud voices of late diners or revellers travelling up from the street. With the double glazed windows closed this is not a problem but due to lack of air-conditioning it is not always possible to have them closed. ”
