The location is perfect. They have very strict policy about checking in and checking out time, which is annoying, but the service is good, the room is very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I recommend.

All our staff speaks English and is always at disposal for our clients, during your stay there was no mention about any issue in your room and if there was one, we always find a solution for it. Cleanliness is very important to us, and daily efforts are made to keep the premises in good condition, we took note about your remarks and right measures will be taken. Our breakfast has a large variety and also, we propose different local products, on our buffet you can find four types of cheeses, fresh fruits, cakes, four different juices, four Parisian jelly’s, fresh pastries and bread also as bacon, salmon, scrambled eggs, sausages and salads that follow, yogurts… We are looking forward to welcoming you back. We had a nice stay at les bulles. The hotel has a very good location near to quartier latin, metro and the pantheon! There is Pizza Roma an Italian restaurant which is super! I recommend to visit it. Rooms are pretty and the staff is kind and polite. These are the reasons that I can’t put 3/5 and I am putting 2/5: We excepted that room will be small since every room in Paris is small. I personally made the booking with Diana, explaining that I myself working also in a 5* hotel. I was expecting to be honest to welcome us. Instead as I notice she was also the housekeeping manager ?!?!?. It’s a nice hotel but a few things need to be better. We had room 505 and our friends room 107. 1: we were next to the door ( also the room of our friends) that housekeeping keeps their stuff every morning we were hearing the door that was closing very hard! But it wasn’t disturbing since we were all day out of the room. 2. I mentioned Diana (the guest relation manager) that we are coming couples they didn’t put us to next rooms instead we were on 5th floor and our friends on the 1st floor. We didn’t mentioned because I can understand that they are fully booked. We didn’t want to cause any problems. 3. The pillows, curtains and the cover that they put in the bed must be cleaned up or remplaced. They all had black stains it was clearly that they haven’t been cleaned for long time. (Both rooms!) we put it on the floor ( cover and beige pillows) but the housekeeping was putting it back to the bed… 4. In room 107 the sink was broken. In a 4star hotel when you pay 165€ per night you can’t explain the broken sink it was missing a part! 5. Breakfast was really good! Except from the last 2 days almost everyday something was missing we had to ask the receptionist to put more plates, or food. They didn’t notice because no one was at breakfast,the reception made us coffee. The last 2 days was a kind lady that took care of the breakfast buffet. The receptionists all are very good and kind! Especially many thanks to the night receptionist Camran who helped us a lot, he is very kind! Keep up the good work and improve yourselfs! I think it will help the hotel to be even better and have fully the standards of a 4*star hotel. We hope that we can comeback.…

The hotel was perfect, clean and modern. The staff was very good, helpful and kind. The location is good near to the centre. Very safety location. From the staff we really liked Abdel because he was very helpful and kind with us. For sure we will visit the hotel again next year with my girlfriend.

Today I have the stomach flu and it’s bad. It’s extremely contagious and Right now something bad is happening out of both ends like every 10 minutes. I was afraid to go downstairs to ask for some juice because I thought I might have an accident, but I made myself go. The woman at the front desk didn’t want to give me any juice. I am dehydrated and having diarrhea and vomiting. she told me to go to the supermarket. I won’t make it. I think she was unkind. I finally got 175 ml of juice, but I am so dehydrated. it’s like giving a starving person half a bagel. I felt that this was inhospitable. I am very sick, I’m not going to make it to the store without having diarrhea either on the way there or back, and hotel staff couldn’t care less. A hotel that charges this much for a room but cannot have the empathy to give a sick guest a little juice is mean. I am disappointed to at there is no kindness or exception. happy to pay for the juice. I got an Uber delivery which was nice. but really, the lack of kindness and judgement, I cannot recommend this hotel. I propose that everyone should stay somewhere else. I am afraid to think how the woman at the desk would treat me if I had a life threatening situation. would she even help or would she just tell me to find a doctor? don’t stay here. an Airbnb host would be nicer. Oh, and the bathroom smells like sewer gas is coming up through the shower drain. I have to keep the window open so I’m not overwhelmed by the smell. Aujourd’hui j’ai une grippe intestinale. J’ai demander du jus de pomme. la femme à la réception ne voulait pas me donner de jus. Je suis déshydraté et j'ai de la diarrhée et des vomissements. elle m'a dit d'aller au supermarché. Je n'y arriverai pas. Je pense qu'elle était méchante. J'ai finalement eu 175 ml de jus, mais je suis tellement déshydraté. c'est comme donner un demi-bagel à une personne affamée. Je suis déçu car il n'y a pas de gentillesse ni d'exception. heureux de payer le jus. J'ai eu une livraison Uber, ce qui était bien. mais vraiment, le manque de gentillesse et de jugement, je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel. Je propose que chacun reste ailleurs. J'ai peur de penser à la façon dont la femme à la réception me traiterait si j'avais une situation mettant ma vie en danger. m'aiderait-elle même ou me dirait-elle simplement de trouver un médecin ? ne restez pas ici. un hôte Airbnb serait plus agréable. Oh, et la salle de bain sentait le gaz d'égout remonter par le drain de la douche. Je dois garder la fenêtre ouverte pour ne pas être submergé par l'odeur.…

Dear TummyIsADiva, We are sorry to hear that you have caught the stomach flu. When you came down to see our colleague, she gave you apple juice as you asked. She told you that we don't sell it by the bottle but only in glass and that she can give you as much glass as you want. She never told you that she didn't care and that it's not her problem. We kindly ask you not to lie about this. She actually suggested that you go to a supermarket if you want a can. Or make the order on the internet because we did not have the quantity requested. We always take care of our guests to the extent possible and within our skills. We could call you a doctor but you didn't ask us. The satisfaction and well-being of our guests is our main objective, we are sorry to know that you did not feel well. This does not reflect our establishment at all. We hope you are doing better! Good hotel for the price. Rooms. If you plan on being in the room a lot, you probably would want to stay somewhere else. However, if you don’t plan on being in the room a lot, then the rooms are nice — small, but ample. Location. The location is perfect. Very close to everything, but quiet. We biked a lot of places and there are a few bike parking areas nearby that make it easy to pick up and drop off Lime bikes. Staff. When we arrived, we were greeted by Diana who was relatively rude. I asked her if there was anyway we could check in earlier and she kept saying “the room isn’t checked out,” but never gave a time it would be ready. She also never invited us to use the bathroom on their main level, despite being able to tell we had just traveled all night. Despite that, she wasn’t very friendly. We would come/go and she would be on her phone and/or doing something else and would barely acknowledge us. There was a woman who worked one night shift during our stay who was great. She had glasses and light brown hair. We asked her for help on how to take the train to the Palace of Versailles and she took time to hand write the directions for us. She was very kind. Breakfast. We only ate breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was surprisingly not bad. Random. We booked some sort of premium package and were told we would get champagne and access to the wellness suite (with sauna, etc.). We were given the bottle of champagne, but the bottle clearly had been sitting for awhile as it was covered in dust. We, however, were never invited to the wellness suite. Prior to arriving I had emailed inquiring about the wellness suite and got a pretty bare bones response. I wish they would have acknowledged that we had that benefit as part of our reservation. Overall, rooms are small but adequate. The staff is subpar. Would stay again for the price and location.…

You had booked a Privilege room with the offer which includes 2 glasses of champagne, a mystery gift and 1 hour of access to the private Sauna and Hammam. The size of all our rooms is noted before you make the reservation. We have other rooms that are more spacious than the Privilege rooms. We would be delighted to introduce you to them so that you can find the one that you like and that meets your expectations. You arrived very early before you had finished all our departures so the room assigned to you had not yet left the establishment because departure is before 12:00 p.m. So we could not tell you if the room will be ready before 3:00 p.m. You insisted with the question several times and unfortunately I couldn't give an answer. I told you that the room will be ready without fail at 3:00 p.m. and that in the meantime you can leave all your suitcases, and moreover use our toilets if necessary. The thing you did. I'm sorry you felt like I was unfriendly to you, I've had great feedback from our hosts. Our team always does everything possible to help you, to offer you a stay that meets your expectations. I'm sad you didn't get that impression and I hope I have the opportunity to prove you wrong. So you left and came back around 2:30 p.m., the room was already ready, the suitcases were already taken to the room, before the official check-in time. We have told you for the glasses of champagne, that you have to claim them at the time you want at the reception. Our colleague also told you by email that you had access to the private Sauna and Hammam. The reception is open 24 hours a day if you need anything before, during and even after your stay. We had an enjoyable three day stay at Les Bulles located in a charming area on the Left Bank of Paris. Our experience was enhanced by our concierge Christian who helped us navigate the city with helpful tips and advice. Our room was clean with plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was excellent.

Let me start with the positives: The hotel staff was excellent. We checked in a few hours early and the guy at the front desk immediately offered to check our bags and use of the lobby bathroom to freshen up. He was very professional and friendly. Second, the AC worked great. Likewise, the water pressure in the shower was great. The room was also very clean. Location was good. We had a view of the street. The negative was that the room was TINY. We booked a double classic and it was so small that only one of us could walk around the bed at a time. There was no more than three feet between the bed and the wall. (This would never meet safety codes in the US). It was tough to get dressed or feel comfortable in general. Secondly, the shower is poorly designed. There is no door to close off the shower and the shower head is so close to the opening, that the floor gets extremely soaked after you shower. Nothing you can do about it. It’s a big problem if you need to go back into the bathroom. The lobby also needs to be a little organized. This is by no means a 4 star hotel.…
