Beautifully styled and maintained and great location. Staff all very friendly and helpful. It’s true the rooms are a bit small but for us this is easily compensated for by its style, cleanliness and location. We honeymooned at the hotel 40 years ago and have returned for our 25th, 30th and now our 40th anniversary (for 4 nights). It is lovely to return to the place where we have memories and which has only always improved in its standards.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Price to quality ratio is amazing. Rooms are a bit small but that’s a Paris thing, and not specific to this hotel. Will return to this hotel anytime I’m in Paris as the price-quality is very strong. I strongly recommend it.

Great, convenient location. Easy to walk to the river and many restaurants and the Toulleries. Good Nuxe products in the bathroom. All in all really solid. What knocked off the star was that our particular room’s shower sprayed EVERYWHERE as there wasn’t much of a division between the shower/bath/sink area and the bed. It was also weird having the toilet fat from the sink but fine. It also was a bit of a pain when you left/arrived and would get backed up as guests had to leave their keys with the front desk. This got old fast. Check out took for-ev-we because of this. Regardless, would consider staying again if we could get a different room with a different bathroom set up.

Thé hôtel has a lot of pros - clean rooms, amazing shower, AC, Nuxe toiletries however the level of helpfulness varies with reception and reason for 3/5 stars. I had changed my room from a double to twin, confirmed with the hotel 3 months before stay, and informed would be an extra 50€ per night upon check in and would be in an executive room. Checked in at 7pm, receptionist informed me of the extra 50€ per night, I reconfirmed the room was twin beds - yes. Got to room and it was still a double bed. Called reception and got told - There are no other rooms - could we just stay with the format we had until AM. I asked for house keeping to change the bed format - no one here to help, it’s just the receptionist . I asked to speak to a manager - sorry no one here to help. Asked if I was happy with waiting till AM and told her no. She said she would follow up. Awhile later some one eventually came to change the bed format .The room doesn’t look like the pictures on website for executive room - it appears smaller and fits 2 people just. Asked to speak to manager the next day and no one available. Receptionist did inform us that the room was an executive. No one apologised for mix up and never spoke to a manager . I personally won’t be returning to hotel however there is nothing wrong with the hotel re location, cleanliness and security.

Could not stay at hotel because of a flight delay. I emailed as soon as I found out which was more than 48 hours. I asked for a refund and they would not grant it. Thus is absolutely not how you treat customers or potential customers. Much better hotels in area!!!

Great location for Pantheon and Notre Dame. RER B close as well so not a long journey for Gare du Nord. Lots of amenities and restaurants in easy walking distance. Busy area but the hotel was quiet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and it was very handy to have a left luggage facility. We had a triple room and a double room. Kids found a sock from a previous resident under a bed in their room but didn’t tell me until I had left the hotel so it was not brought to hotel staff attention. Rooms are small but you expect that in central Paris and I felt there was enough storage and space that suited our weekend visit. I liked that they are minimising single use plastics with regard to water bottles and toiletries in the rooms.

Overalll great location and fantastic service, BUT BE AWARE ROOMS ARE VERY VERY SMALL. I was alone and barely had room for my suitcase. But rooms are very very clean and staff is wonderful. Not ideal hotel for a long vacation due to limited size rooms (Please,Excuse grammatical errors and brevity.)

Nice little hotel, good design, on the left bank near Notre Dame. I was in a wing where the elevator was very tiny so I thought “no problem I’ll take the stairs” but they were so narrow (spiral) you had to go very slowly and put your feet sideways. Breakfast was the same every day. Lobby nice with a modern gas fire and free tea and cake early evening. Monoprix and M & S close by for water, wine etc. Staff nice, bed comfy, shower good, very quiet.
