We actually arrived here in July 2015 (writing a very late review). The hotel staff at the time of our visit was very helpful and courteous. We would explore the city until the late hours of the night but each time we were greeted by a friendly staff member. We would stop and have small conversations with whomever it was... More

we had heard this was a super place to stay in Paris, its a great location but the rooms are small, we had problems with bathroom, the hotel staff was in flux as they had just sold the place again, and it was noisy as other guests congregate in the courtyard until late at night making it impossible to sleep.... This hotel is just where I wanted to be in Paris. Near the Seine, an easy walking distance from both the Eiffel Tower and the Place de la Concorde, with lots of nearby restaurants. Very charming and pretty, with very nice people working there.

Although it has been some years since we stayed with the family Fortuit, and I found some of the Eastern late night desk staff a little cool, the hotel is good value, a great location in an important area(7ieme) and when I stayed alone and was ill, the proprietors were very kind and helpful, sending for the doctor for me.... The location of the hotel is great. Very short walk down to the river and to the bike hire stations. Not far from the eiffel tower or the markets at Rue Cler. There are some lovely little restuarants around, so lots of choices. There are also two supermarkets just around the corner. The staff were okay, the older man and... More

Room was clean, but basic. There was a lovely courtyard where we had our breakfast, however there wasn't much to choose from. The staff were okay, not that friendly or helpful- everything just seemed pretty average! Not awful but not great either! I also thought the hotel was pricey, however it was handy to Eiffel Tower and shops.

What a treat this small hotel has been. Charming, and attractive, very clean and comfortable and so conveniently located. The staff has been very helpful, calling taxis, offering advice, and generally quite welcoming . I will stay here again and again. Be warned that there is no air conditioning which was no problem in late September . Also the stairways... More

We chose this as much as anything for the location. We've been to the 7th arrondissement before and found it a great base for exploring Paris. It's central, but quiet as it is covered in college and diplomatic buildings. The hotel receptionist was charming and spoke good English. The building is part of long block, but at the back is... We stayed as a group of four in two rooms, one of which was a disabled room. My mother uses a wheelchair and was very happy with the accessibility and the bathroom, which can be a problem in hotels. My parents found their room comfortable. Our room was good as a base for our stay, but it needed a good... More

The 7th arrondisement location is convenient to the Eiffel Tower and St. Germain de Pres sights; however, the Metro stops are quite far, especially when you are toting your own suitcases. The hotel building is charming and has lovely landscaping. As an older building, it has not been updated with air conditioning and you feel it in the summer. Having... More
