Put bluntly, our honeymoon (mini-moon, to be precise) and my first trip to Paris was ruined by poor and lazy service. Even if the service had been adequate, the hotel is sorely deficient and I cannot understand how it is ranked the #5 hotel in...More

We are so sorry that we couldn't give you the free upgrading that you asked at your arrival due to the fact that we were fully booked. It obviously made you very upset.
I apologize for the cheese smell of the minibar. Our...More
5 min walk to metro, quiet location very clean and recently decorated. Staff were very helpful with assisting with suggestions and booking tickets etc. Breakfast was ok, a little more choice on the hot option would be nice.
We spent the weekend of 20th April at this hotel and were very pleased with the excellent service we received from the hotel both before and during our stay. The concierge at the hotel booked us two wonderful restaurants and offered us not only a...More
Well situated within easy walking distance of Arc de Triomph and only a little further from the Eiffel Tower. Very stylish, very clean and very quiet. Helpful and friendly staff and good buffet breakfast . Our room and bathroom were rather small, but for central...More
For first time visitors to Paris (like myself), finding a hotel can be an overwhelming and daunting experience. Hotel Keppler was the perfect answer. The staff was welcoming, professional and helpful. Particularly Cedric who suggested a lovely nearby bistro which we ended up returning to...More
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This
neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we don't have a parking at the hotel but there is a public one that is safe just around the corner. All of our clients park there and the cost is 35euros for 24hours. You can come first to the hotel and unload the car and we will show you how to get there. There is no need to book in advance but if you do it by their website you'll get a discount. The paking is called Q park avenue Marceau. Unfortunately we can't write any website or email address in this Tripadvisor answer but you'll find easily their website with the name of the parking.
Should you need any further information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
