The hotel itself is nice, the rooms well decorated, good bathrooms, and great clean up everyday. What impressed me the most though, was the attentiveness of its staffs. Right from the check in they made us welcomed. From carrying our bags to the room to each telling me their names and making a point of letting us know we can contact them anytime if there's anything they could help us with, it's little things but little things leave the most memorable impressions. Opening the front doors when we came back, and all those things you might expect at big five star hotels, they did it here and with more personality. It is not a cheap hotel, but considering how the prices are in Paris nowadays, I'd think this is one of best places to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. And I've been around the world.…
Delightful hotel This is a lovely hotel beautifully decorated and fitted out. We had a suite on the 5th floor with a balcony. The rooms are not enormous but beautifully furnished. The balcony although narrow as are most in Paris a lovely spot to sit with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. All the staff were without exception excellent. It’s well positioned about 8 minute walk from the Arc de Triumph. I would highly recommend it.
We loved the hotel. We came to Paris to celebrate my husbands 60 years birthday. The atmosphere was perfect and the service outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Location was great. The room was small but big enough for us. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. We will definitely come back.
We just returned from a family trip at the Keppler and immensely enjoyed it! The hotel literally has the best location anyone can ask for, steps away from many attractions and restaraunts. Also, it is on a quiet little street which made leaving and returning to the a breeze! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and there for whatever you need. We were lucky enough to have a small balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower and it was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
It was perfect experience in this hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel is quite have a great location and service very nice quick Everything is clean I will come back again I recommend you to choose this hotel. Thank you❤️
Highly recommend and would stay at this beautiful hotel again in a heartbeat. Hotel Keppler is a beautiful and well appointed small boutique hotel located on a very safe, quiet, and quaint street - - Rue Kepler. To our delight and convenience, we found the hotel just a 5 minute walk to the George V Metro station on Champs Élysées, where on the Avenue itself right there, we were able to jump onto the Hop-On Hop-Off bus our first morning while waiting for our room to be ready, (check-in is formally at 2pm). The hotel was also just a 5 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe itself! Weeks before our arrival, I was in direct contact with the three concierges, Julien, Philippe & Ana. They would respond to our inquires within minutes sometimes and with all the back and forth emails, it seemed we knew one another and they the purpose of our trip even before our arrival!! There aren't enough words to describe our appreciation to the wonderful staff for all they did to make our 6 night stay wonderful and special even BEFORE our trip commenced and once there. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed; coffee, water, newspaper, directions, a tour of the gym, even exchanged some US dollars for Euros so we'd have some pocket change until we could get to an ATM. To our delight, the entire concierge and house-keeping staff even participated in helping to make Ray's 70th birthday in Paris a very special one in the room itself with the flowers, champagne and all the birthday balloons which were in every room!!! (See attached photo.) I'm a travel agent myself. After vetting many many options, I chose this hotel for its location to everything and for its high standards of cleanliness, service, and amenities. I wanted a hotel that was everything 'French and elegant' in experience, and yet somewhat 'American' in room size, services and for us, a gym. The Hotel Keppler did not disappoint. With this hotel, there is even a pool. Our room was beautiful and faced a small court-yard that looked down onto a glassed ceiling area onto a beautiful, plant filled sitting area below. We were in the heart of Paris and yet our room and the entire hotel was a quiet oasis where we could relax and regroup at the end of noisy busy days. On bus-tour days to Normandy and Valley Loire, Julien, Philippe & Ana and everyone there, sent us off like it was our first day of school. They packed us a nice lunch to take along, served coffee and pastries before we departed no matter how early, and organized taxi service from door to meet up site or train station. They made everything very easy to logistically negotiate and we appreciated that. For me personally, it was such a pleasure to meet people from all over the world also staying at the hotel. The three main very elegant sitting / reading areas were soothing, relaxing and perfect for conversation. We highly recommend the Hotel Keppler for your trip to Paris. Ray and I can't wait to return to what we feel will be our 'home' while in Paris. (And staying there felt like being 'home.) The wonderful reviews here speak for themselves. The experience will be uniquely yours. Thank you and thank you to everyone at the Hotel Keppler. .…
The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is so close to so many things. The front desk staff is like a little family. They are so kind and so very very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and don’t miss out on all of the cool things in the basement. A pool, gym, and just little areas to relax other than your room. The breakfast in the morning was so delicious and the servers wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed. We felt very well taken care of at this hotel from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed by everyone. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Rooms are teeny tiny but you can upgrade to a larger room if available.
I have travelled extensively and stayed in lots of hotels and the Hotel Keppler was one of the best. The staff were so helpful throughout our stay, the hotel was ideally located and the room and facilities were exceptional. My wife and I, with our daughter, decided to have a couple of days in Paris so booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room we were allocated was perfect, with good space and a lovely en-suite bathroom which had a shower and bath. The hotel is within walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions so ideal for a short visit. I would not hesitate to stay again and also recommend this lovely boutique hotel.
The hotel is located on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk will get you to nice local restaurants and the avenue des Champs-Elysees is very close. We were able to metro or walk where ever we wanted to go. The hotel is amazing! The beds are wonderful after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The staff is superb and very helpful! The rooms were so clean. It was the perfect place with the best staff. We will for sure be back!
This boutique hotel is located in a quiet street very close to Av Champs Elysees and many restaurants, stores etc The staff is amazing, the rooms very comfortable, elegant and spacious! There is a cool bar and the food is also pretty good! We’ll come back for sure!
