My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees.
Very nice hotel and in a fairly strategic point both for moving by public transport and for getting around on foot.
Upon our arrival, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. He gave us all the necessary information for our stay, also regarding the possibility of using the indoor swimming pool for the entire duration of the stay at a price, in my opinion, advantageous (for 5 days €30 for two with the possibility to use it at any time).
We stayed in a very nice room, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Room service, as far as cleaning is concerned, has always been precise and punctual.
We also took advantage of the pool. The hotel provided us with everything we needed, bathrobes, towels and slippers to use specifically for the poolside. Medium sized, relaxing swimming pool. I recommend using it in the afternoon, which is usually less used.
I still want to underline the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, they spoke English very well (which is quite rare in Paris).

We had such a great stay here, we were originally going to stay in another hotel owned by the same chain but got offered a room here a few days before our trip- best decision ever! The staff were so friendly and helpful & our room was outstanding. We had a beautiful balcony with a lovely view which really made our trip wonderful, we could just about see the top of the Eiffel Tower twinkling at night. The room was a perfect size - clean, bright & modern with everything you could have needed, even a nespresso coffee machine! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s a 2 min walk away from a metro station & in the beautiful champs Elysee/arc de triomphe area also.

We didn’t realise when booking but the hotel had just reopened following a full renovation. We were among its first guests and I am so pleased we were. The hotel is fantastic, great location and the staff were amazing - very friendly and welcoming.
As a family of 5 we had a family room - two rooms with a common entryway - this worked really well for us. There was a double bed in each room and one of the rooms had a pull out single bed. Very comfortable and the shower was great too!
Perfect for our weekend in Paris. I will be recommending to family and friends.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Location is very good in a quiet street with lots of attractions nearby. However, the room was tiny (11sqm) in comparison to other 4 stars hotel with the same price, no Nespresso or coffee machine in the single rooms. Bathroom didn’t have a door and this explains how tiny the rooms was. Again, being a constant visitor to Paris, i’ve never encountered such a tiny room at other 4 stars hotels with similar prices. At least with this absurd prices, hotel management should reconsider the room sizes.

Therefore, we encourage you to book a bigger room (like a superior double room 15m² or a deluxe room 18m²) or find another hotel located further from the Arc de Triomphe. This hotel is very well located nearby the arc de Triomphe and a 20min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The staff was nice and friendly. However the rooms are extremely small (perhaps that’s common for Paris hotel rooms) and the walls are not insulating enough so if people speak in the hallway and you are sensitive to noise- you will hear them in your room. If you’re a first time visitor to Paris, note that there is no concierge service or pamphlets offering activities and attractions and such, which to us was missing seeing as we didn’t have set plans, and had to therefore do our own research. They offer a paid breakfast should you want one. All in all, they charge a fair price for a Parisian hotel which is very well located, it is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Good location. Near to the metro line. Lots of restaurants and shops near by and access to the bus tour which takes you around Paris.
When we arrived the floor was dirty and need to be hoovered in our room plus there were several black hairs on the bedding. Staff seemed unbothered although it was changed it felt very awkward. We also kept getting stuck in the shower the door was sticking and one day I was on my own and was stuck for several minutes until I managed to get the seal to give on the door.
Room was small and I would say quite basic for a 4 star hotel.
Although this seems like a fairly negative review for the price I paid I would probably stay again.

The hotel has been tastefully renovated and modernized for over 40 years. The rooms are not very large but well decorated and pleasant. Very comfortable bedding and warm bathroom. Breakfasts in the form of quite diverse buffet. As in all hotels, calm is linked to other occupants. The hotel is in a small street without much traffic. The welcome is perfect.

The hotel is a really good location beside the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee. It is also close to the metro and has really good transport links. Perfect if you are flying in/out of Beauvais. Room is really nicely decorated, staff are very friendly. The rooms are quite close together, we had noisy neighbours which kept us awake one night. Would stay again.

My daughter and I spent 2 nights and had a lovely stay. The location was good, really close to the metro to get to all the sights and close the restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly, rooms were immaculately clean and check in was seamless. The rooms are very close together so you do hear your neighbours? However, I would stay again.

I received great service at Star Champs Elysées. The hotel is also local to Arc de Triomphe which is the main shopping area. The Eiffel Tower is only about 20 mins away by car. I also received great service from the staff, especially Geoffrey who was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean. The rooms are a bit small but I do think this is how most hotels in Paris are.
