    Great stay, great location.
This hotel was nice and close to transport for us. We travelled from Beauvais Airport to Porte Maillot Bus Station. The bus station is within walking distance also so don't take a cab. When we landed we were tired and decided to take a cab. The driver saw opportunity and took advantage of us and charged us 45 euro for what should have been a 5-10 minute drive no longer. If you can manage with luggage walk it. The hotel staff were so welcoming when we arrived and I adored the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was not ready for us on arrival which was fine as we were early to arrive however, after a long day out sight seeing it would have been a nice touch if the baggage was already in the room. Unfortunately, we had to lug our bags to the room when we got back that night. The room was beautiful a nice size and bottles of water and a coffee machine provided. The room was cleaned and freshened daily while we were out around Paris and if we required advice, the hotel staff were very quick to oblige. One minor negative observation I have is it’s quite a noisy hotel. You can hear people talking, coughing and flushing toilets etc in the rooms surrounding so I did find it difficult to sleep. The hotel is situated on a busy road so the street noise can be heard also but that can’t be helped. If you are a light sleeper perhaps bring ear plugs. The hotel provides breakfast at 20 euro per person each day if required, we didn’t require the breakfast as we wanted to eat out and explore so I can’t comment on the food. It looked like a lovely set up when we passed through. I want to say we had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and having that picturesque scene right at your finger tips when you wake up or to watch it sparkle at night is an image I won’t ever forget. Thank you to the staff at Hotel de Banville for a lovely stay, we look forward to our return in the future .
Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your evaluation of our hotel and the services we offer. We do our best to make you feel at home. We hope to see you soon at the Banville Hôtel ! Yours sincerely Delphine / First of Reception

    Perfect
We stayed for 3 nights and it was lovely. The hotel isn’t too central that it’s always busy, but it’s close enough to walk to the main attractions and it’s very close to the metro. We asked for help with a reservation at LouLou, and the lady at reception managed to get us a table despite online bookings being full for two months. The room was lovely and clean, and beautifully decorated. All of the staff were more than happy to help when we needed it. The toilet is separate to the main bathroom which is perfect for two friends sharing the same room. We didn’t have one thing to complain about. One of the nicest hotels, would definitely return.
Dear MiaRoseKelleher, We thank you very much for those glowing lines ! We are thrilles to read that everything went perfectly during your stay with us ! Your review is our best reward ! We are already waiting to welcome you back soon at the hotel de Banville ! Best Regards, The Management

Friendly staff, lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with good connections to city centre.
We visited for 4 nights in July to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The staff went out of their way to celebrate the occasion with regular check ups every time we entered the hotel asking if everything is OK and if they can do anything more to make our stay more comfortable. I wish I could remember specific names of the receptionists but each and every one is a credit to this hotel and you can tell they genuinely care about your experience. Rooms are recently refurbished and are very beautiful - we were impressed even in the lowest category room there was a small balcony (standing only). We had a lovely 4 nights in Paris and the staff, cleanliness of the rooms and excellent service really made an impact to our stay. Although situated on the border just inside Paris, we really appreciated the area, just a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. It was very quiet away from the hustle and bustle and tourists - however even in this area there was an abundance of local restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay in this area when visiting Paris again. My only tip to those travelling here, there is only one ironing board in this hotel, and we had to request this several times until we had one. Staff were very apologetic and were trying their best to assist. We requested an iron for a specific time as we had a meal reservation and it was in the room when we arrived back to the hotel. Thank you and we hope to see you soon! Scott & Jack London UK

What a genuine treat this hotel was! We were greeted so warmly at check in and were super impressed with the style of the hotel. Our room was lovely, very spacious, lovely facilities (including a coffee machine) and extremely comfortable beds. Our sheets and towels were changed daily. The location of the hotel was fab, it was definitely more on the residential side of Paris. But we were extremely close to 2 Metro lines which made it incredibly easy to get to anywhere that we needed. Taxis from the busier parts in Paris to the hotel were only around €10 (using Uber) Really could not fault the hotel and would definitely return.

The room was extremely clean, calming and pleasant with a very comfortable bed. The service was friendly, helpful, warm and courteous. Hotel Banville is close to the metro line number 3 and there are plenty of very good restaurants and, bistrots in the vicinity. We even found a delightful frommagerie, pateserie, and wine shop on the next block. Even though we didn't take , the breakfast it looked very nice, and will consider it for the next visit.

We spent 4 nights in this lovely boutique hotel. We don't prefer crowded places, hence this hotel was just for us. Will start with the personnel, because it is obvious people working there love what they do. Especially Alexander was very helpful all the time, patiently answering our questions, recommending the places to go/where to eat. And with the smile upon his face. The other people were also very kind. We had the breakfast included and it was a delicious choice of traditional French baguettes, cheese, small pancakes and much more. The chef was very kind too. We were also positively surprised we got the room with Eiffel tower, although we were told before it might not be possible as there is a high demand. Thank you again for that! The room was clean, mattress on the bed was firm, not soft than usually in hotels. Usually I mind one blanket, but this time it was sufficient for both of us, so no issue there. One tiny thing was the elevator that was slow so it happened a few times we had to wait longer. The hotel is greatly situated near Metro station and Alexander from the reception also explained us the better station as the closest one does not look nice nowadays due to constructions nearby. Hand-written welcome message on the postcard was a nice little thing that made us smile. Thank you, Hotel de Banville and wonderful people working there for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Especially as it was the birthday present for my wifey.

Arrival was easy, we used Connecto from the airport to the hotel and had booked in advance, they were very good at waiting while we had the our long wait was in normal security checks. It was my partners 40th and I had called ahead and they had put balloons and a note in the room. We were checked in by a very lovely gentleman, you didn’t need to leave a deposit but you did need to pay the tax (same everywhere). The lift to the rooms is very small but cute. You can faintly hear the rumble of the lift when it is used from your room, we were in room 75. When we arrived in our room it was very clean except the carpet had a few stains in places. The bed is very important for me I always look under the duvet and pillows and it was fresh and spotless. The bathroom was modern and great and we felt the rooms had a Parisian feel. There were a couple of chairs by the window as we didn’t have a balcony and the window doors opened wide which was nice. Altogether very happy with the room. If you want breakfast then there’s a buffet style breakfast for 20 euros each. We didn’t choose this option as every morning we walked to a bakery and sat outside and had coffee and pastries. I would recommend starting your day this way every day! Chez Meunièr is a ten minute walk from the hotel and was our favourite one in Paris. There is also a bakery slightly further called The French Bastards which did the best mini lemon meringue pie I have ever had, there were slightly less tables and chairs but lots of benches, good coffee as well. The hotel was in a good location and felt very safe, it was also close to the metro. If you come to Paris I would recommend utilising the Metro to save your legs. On the days we did typical tourist stuff even using the metro we did 30,000 steps. If you have Apple Maps and type in your destination and change the option from drive to public transport it brings up the exact metros you need to take which makes it so much easier. Beds were comfy. The famous steak restaurant is not far away at all, about a 20 minute walk. Le Relais de L’entrecote. Curtains let a lot of light through - bring a sleep mask if that’s a problem! Dependant on your neighbours the walls are thin so bring ear plugs as you may end up in a room next to inconsiderate people! Check out at 12 which was a nice bonus. If we come back to Paris we would stay here again. Such good value for Paris and a lovely 4 days, thank you!

Telling us breakfast was €5 person upon check-in by the Indian man at the desk and upon check-in out he switched up on us and told us €20 per person Because of this we'd never stay here again that was dishonest! Elevators are extremely small. Suite bathrooms gets wet if you try taking a shower. Sockets for plugs are loose. No Elevator leading to the suite you struggle with bags if staying in suites. We went when garbage collectors were on strike so we were met with garbage strewn in front. Hotel is quiet, staff is friendly and attentive except for that one incident on switching breakfast prices. Stayed 20/03/2023 through 23/03/2023.

stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. the hotel is lovely, the room was proper Parisienne and had a lovely note and water bottle from the staff. no restaurant and very limited breakfast offerings, but I start to learn this is a norm in Paris. I loved every aspect of the room, including the fully opening windows, the hotel all and all very stylish. I also was very lucky to have an end of corridor room. still... while I had only one neighbor.... be mindful that the rooms are not soundproof. I've ended up with a couple as next room, who were in very amorous mood (you are in Paris after all), and I've ended up having the feeling due to the lack of soundproofing that I'm in the same bed with them (and bath......). Thanks god I've had my Samsung earbuds, but they are not the most comfortable things to sleep with this would not stop me to come again but since I certainly carry my earplugs.

Excellent value for money. Very close the Metro station making it possible to travel wherever you need to be efficiently. Staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to assist you if possible. Breakfast is less commercial but much more satisfying. You can talk directly to the chef if you have a special request...or want an omelet. I prefer their breakfast atmosphere to that of an more expensive commercial/tourist hotel. Would i stay there again? Most definitely. I would not stay there if you bring along your wife/girlfriend AND a young child. Rooms are on the smaller side but sufficient for a couple but not if you bring your child with you. Rather request if they have bigger rooms available. What lacks in room space, the staff makes up with it through their friendliness and willigness to help.
