What a wonderful hotel! We booked three rooms and all were great - lovely decor and comfy beds. The breakfast was delicious and not continental - the full menu with eggs sausage etc. we all loved it! Location is outstanding!

I found the hotel quite small and casual which made me think that I was staying in a 3* hotel but the rooms looked fine and comfortable. To be honest for the price I paid, I was expecting a more luxerious hotel with an experienced staff. However, overall everything was fine.

Location wonderful, staff the nicest in Europe. Hotel is in need of updating which they seems to e doing while we were there on our floor. Painting hammering et. Furniture in the lobby tired, same for the room stains on the arpeggio. It all of this was over looked since the staff was so kind. We would go bak.

Great location and awesome view from the room. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable of the local restaurants. We used 2 of their recommendations and both were excellent. The Room was too hot for my taste and could not be set cooler and the WIFI was not great which is important for travelers in this day and age. Hence the 4... More

Wanted to stay the last few days of our trip in a top-rated hotel with memorable views - a splurge for us but well worth it! The views from our room of the Louvre and the Eiffel tower were magnificent! Nothing much beats watching the Eiffel tower's light display from the comfort of your room with a nice glass of... More

The staff made our stay more than comfortable. My 82-year old mother was cared for in such a respectful and sweet manner, and she shared a room with my brother. The room was very large, with a large bathroom and two luxurious beds. We stay one night, then moved over to the RITZ to enjoy 4 days for our 20th... More

Super location - an easy walk to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower, the Opera and Metro stops. The staff members are so nice and helpful. We're here with some friends and while our room is a decent size they said theirs is like a closet. The elevators are TINY. I would stay here again but NOT when it's hot... More

We recently stayed for one week at this hotel and it was wonderful. The location is perfect, opposite the Jardin des Tuileries, Le Louvre etc close by and Rue St Honore runs parallel close by. The staff were helpful and always pleasant, eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even invited us to a cocktail party. The breakfast was... More
