Booked the Balmoral Hotel via Secret Escapes - was truly happy to find a wonderful gem of a cosy boutique hotel. We arrived ahead of check-in and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. Upon arrival we were given some hot drinks and a croissant each - very Parisian. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating; so much...

Excellent location, literally around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe. Staff are very friendly and will do anything to make your stay exceptional. Breakfast was great, had delivered to our...

I spent 1 night in Paris and I met great host - helping me with every single question; assisting me booking tickets; helping me to navigate through this big city - making a reservation for dinner and even had no problem with checking me in at 10 o clock in the morning (due to my early flight). I am very...

Excellent boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Beds comfortable, our superior double was cosy. Cleanliness was A1 throughout hotel and rooms. Breakfast had a good choice. Large plates would be helpful though.

We spent three nights here with friends over valentines weekend. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, less from the closest Metro. The staff are really friendly, helpful, all speak excellent English. The hotel is lovely inside, rooms are clean and fresh, breakfast is a feast and there is even free beer in the afternoon. This...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for two nights. About a week before we checked in, we received a very nice email asking for any requests we would like to make before arrival. After I wrote to them, I received a warm welcoming letter again. Very confortable bed and linen and the room was spotless. Hotel staff were...

The room was delightful, recently refurbished ( as was the rest of the hotel) in soothing colours and very well equipped. The welcome from the reception staff was always polite, friendly and helpful.
