Wonderful staff. Has a small but very nice lobby. Nice rooms, a bit small but ok according to french standards. Seems like this was an old building and was renovated which was quite well done. Elevators are quite small, have to take at least 2 trips to get your luggage up to your room.

thank you very much for your nice review ! you are right, we have refurbished the buliding in 2014, but we kept all nice and significant parts initially built in the late 19th century, to keep the hotel iconic of Paris. Do not take your luggage to your room ! we do have a porter that will always help to... More

This is very close to Arc de Triomphe. There are several restaurants in immediate area, though we were there on the weekend and some were closed. The desk staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was very nice ,modern. We had a superior room with a window to the courtyard,so no view but that makes it quiet.

A wonderful little hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city. They even supply bicycles to use to explore if you want to. The public rooms are not big, but very French, comfortable and with everything you could need. The staff were so friendly and ready to help, certainly much better service than you would get in a larger... More

I recently travelled to the most romantic city in the world – Paris. Both me and my husband love staying in centrally located, boutique hotels so the Balmoral Hotel seemed like a perfect choice for our luxurious mini-moon break. Location: Hotel Balmoral is located just one minute away from the Arc De Triomphe and just around a corner Champs Elysées... More

This was my second (maybe third?) stay at Hotel Balmoral and each stay I enjoy it more and more. From the staff at the front desk who are very accommodating, professional and friendly...to the dining staff and room attendants...they all go overboard to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. The hotel lobby is a very comfortable and relaxing environment to... More

I booked the hotel several months in advance and was looking forward to my week long stay. While you don't go to Paris to stay in the hotel room, I always look for a hotel that has nice amenities knowing that a couple of hours of every day requires a little in room "work time". I was extremely disappointed with... More

Dear Madam, I am absolutely confused you did not like the room in which you were accomodated. The inner courtyard is not a garden - we have never pretended to be so - it is typical of inner courtyard of 19th century premises you can find everywhere in Paris. We have just decorated with flowers and trees, and put some... More

We stayed here for five nights and consistently found the hotel staff to be helpful and polite. The cleanliness levels are high, and the bath room sufficiently spacious, a big bliss for a Parisian hotel. The location is excellent and worth the extra Euros one pays. Right next to the Champs Elysee, easy five minutes stroll to L'Arc de Triomphe,... More
