My mom and I booked 7 nights at the Hotel Mademoiselle Nov. 2021 and we had an amazing experience from the very beginning. We arrived well before check due to our flight and while the room was not ready yet we were offered bottles of water and a comfortable place to lounge while we waited. We only had a short wait and then were off to our room. We had a room with a lovely view of the interior courtyard; it was spacious for Paris with a nice bed, closet, and desk area. There were also 2 large sets of windows that opened. The bathroom was very well appointed the shower/tub was larger than i expected and had a full size window that opens for air flow. All the staff that we encountered were very nice. They could answer all of our questions knowledgably and quickly. They printed our boarding passes for us and had a taxi waiting to take us the airport in the middle of the night. The breakfast that was offered was well worth it and made for a relaxing was to start each day of exploring! Overall it was a great stay and we are in the process of booking the Hotel Mademoiselle again for Nov. 2022!…
This hotel is almost exactly halfway between Gare d' Est and Gare d' Nord (excuse spelling). There is a food store three doors down. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very filling. The staff was very helpful answering some local travel questions. T was able to reserve a room at a very large discount. Not sure how long these will last as travelers emerge from COVID-19 lock-downs.
Nice, cosy hotel. Rooms even on the street side were very quiëtisme, all decorated very Nicole and very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Will come back ,next time we are in Paris. A little gem in the french Capital. Love the little matches
Every thing was good. Specially the freeparking! Good breakfast, beautifull atmosphere, very friendly staff, happy with the airco, perfect room. Close to metro Poisonniere. Nice possibility to use your breakfast at the patio
The rooms were lovely and clean and well equipped. Breakfast very good. Service was brilliant. They couldn’t do enough to help. Central location and very close to the Eurostar station. I highly recommend this hotel. Only one issue we had was with the air conditioning and they sorted it immediately ( it was probably our fault anyway!)
The hotel was very good. We all really enjoyed ourselves once we got the hitch sorted out with the right bedroom. .. and were offered a couple of glasses of champagne free for the hassle. I would have preferred if this information had been passed on rather than ‘haggle’ with reception at our departure!
Close to Gare de Nord, very handy when arriving on Eurostar, but walk the other way down the quiet street and you’ll find good restaurants, a metro station and an easy walk down Rue La Fayette straight into the centre. We stayed for 9 nights in very hot weather. The hotel was our oasis, the courtyard was always cool and the air con worked well inside. Rooms higher up have more light and views (on the front) but courtyard is quieter. We preferred front but it’s personal choice. The breakfast is varied, fresh and tasty. But most of all the staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating, from reception to housekeeping, all top notch!
Hotel Mademoiselle is in a great spot, close to the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est and within walking distance of many Parisian attractions. The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Near Gare du Nord an exellent stay for a weekend /week trip. Nice hotel, good service. clean, and a good breakfast. Staff is very helpful and location is in centre of Paris . Metro at short distance of the hotel.
I went back and forth on whether to reserve Hotel Mademoiselle or a fancier boutique hotel for 3x the price. I am so glad I decided on Hotel Mademoiselle -- we had a suite for us and our two teenaged kids, and although the rooms were small, they were extremely comfortable. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the bathroom had an amazing rainfall shower and fluffy towels. There was an espresso machine in the room. The breakfast buffet available in the hotel was very good with lots of selection, and kids (under 18) eat free. The staff was very helpful, and the location near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est is quite convenient. We enjoyed getting to know the nearby neighborhoods as well. Great value.
