We were in Paris for 3 days, after which I had to travel to Frankfurt and my husband flew home. We needed a hotel near the Gare du Nord (trains to CDG airport) and Gare de l'Est (trains to Frankfurt) so we chose Hotel Mademoiselle based on TripAdvisor reviews. The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located. There's a supermarket...

I recently stayed at the hotel with my Mum as a birthday treat. The hotel itself is nicely decorated and the breakfast was lovely. The staff on the hotel desk were very friendly and offered help whenever asked. The hotel offered luggage storage as we were leaving early which was very helpful as it allowed us to make the most...

We loved the location of this hotel, walking distance between Gare Est and Gare du Nord for our entrance and exit to the city. We also received a room upgrade when we arrived which was very nice! Great experience!

Nice enough hotel, very close to the Gard De Nord. Rooms are very small and a little cramped to what I normally stay in. Very Clean , quiet and staff very friendly. Comfy bed and good nights sleep. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster . May have caught it at the wrong time but very small room , very...

I won a competition recently and this was the hotel that we stayed in as part of the package. Me and my partner had a fantastic time. The hotel staff were all lovely and thankfully spoke english and french which helped as we don't speak french. Cleaners done a fantastic job cleaning the room every day. This is more a boutique hotel than a business traveller's establishment with good breakfast and very accommodating ground floor. My superior room had an OK size (not a Paris-typical shoe box but not too big either. But I had a nice large window with a French style balcony opening onto the street which was nice and not loud. The train...

Unfortunately we were not told the spa would be closed during our 4 night stay, despite booking the room well in advance. We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard with 3 windows but had expected a room with a walk in rain shower as stated on the website (ours had a bathtub with a handheld shower nozzle) & we...

Dear Guests, I fully understand your disappointment and your dissatisfaction when you learned that our Spa space was not available. We are obliged to conduct an annual inspection of the hammam and sauna for hygiene and safety reasons and to do this, this space close for a week. We know of the intervention dates very shortly in advance and although...

This Hotel perfectly embodies the ambiance of traditional Parisian culture. This is a perfect, traditional boutique hotel. Hidden in the Gare du Nord, on a small side street, this hotel will not disappoint. The staff is superb, very hospitable, warm, genuine and very professional. The rooms are very quaint, with amazing beds. I had the best nights sleep here. Perfect...
