This hotel and the staff exceeded all of our expectations! We had to reschedule our trip from earlier in the year as my husband needed surgery. The team at Hôtel La Bourdonnais were super helpful in arranging a new date. When we arrived there was a very friendly welcome at the front desk. Parking was all arranged and very secure. We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade on our rooms and they blew our minds with how beautiful they were - such a special treat after a tricky year! The beds were very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing and the shower and amenities were superb! We had breakfast at the hotel which we could help ourselves to and again nothing was to big a task for the team serving us. Hot bacon and eggs, fresh bread and fruit plus pastries of course! Delicious! The hotel is incredibly clean throughout. Every member of the team that we encountered were very polite and kind. A special shout out must go to Anton at the front desk! His professionalism and exceptional kindness meant the world to us. He helped us via email when we needed to reschedule our booking and he made us feel as though we could ask him anything and it was absolutely no trouble at all. He is a credit to this hotel - thank you so much Anton 🩷 We would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back to discover more of the city of Paris. Great hotel, very friendly staff. We came with a family of 7 persons. They absolutely went out of their way to make us feel very accommodated, including personally assisting my elderly mom with ordering food etc. great location. Continental breakfast was excellent.

I just had the best time staying at La Bourdannais! The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, and can’t beat the location. My room was not too big but enough space for me and my daughter. Everything was kept very clean and neat. Special praise goes to the staff who where very welcoming and friendly, especially Anton at the front desk and Phanh at the breakfast buffet (which by the way is delicious.)

Family of 4 from USA. We were very pleased with the hotel. Clean and friendly service. Big enough for our luggages. Big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Cleaning Serbia every morning. The hotel is just like a good hotel in USA. Less than 10 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower. A lot of restaurants around. Highly recommended. Will come back. Our hotel was ready at 11 am.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and amenities, such as a fridge which was stocked with water every day, a kettle and coffee machine with a choice of coffee and teas. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, bread, juices and hot drinks The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The bar served great cocktails.

This hotel was really wonderful. It is in a very lovely location, 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to so many fantastic restaurants, chocolate shops, patisseries, etc. From the check-in, which was easy and very pleasant, to the welcome note in the room with Eiffel Tower gummy candy waiting for the kids, to the extremly clean room and lovely bathroom, we really enjoyed our stay.

Marvelous location, staff, accommodations, and view from our room of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is in a highly walkable area with many cafes nearby. We enjoyed the delicious daily breakfast buffet on property and the restaurant hostess, Claudette, offered exceptional service. Additionally, the front desk staff was incredibly hospitable.

An excellent hotel close to some good restaurants and Ecole Militaire Metro station. The rooms are a good size and breakfast is good. However what makes this such a good hotel is the staff. They are so professional. Highly recommended especially for families.
