Best hotel with the best staff . We came for a couple of days for my sons birthday from london. Everything from the very warm welcome till the very last day was awesome . We forgot our bag with purchases in the restaurant round the corner on our first day. The next two days the restaurant was closed. The hotel picked it up when we left , called us to confirm the pick up and arranged everything for the next steps .. amazing people at the amazing hotel. That’s why it is already our 5th stay there when we are in Paris /)
Good location, nice staff, they really care about you. Room was allways clean. Around the hotel its a lot of cafe, restaurant, 5-10 min to louvre. We was there 4 nights and honestly i can recommend this hotel. Thanks
Loved the area, which is ideal for work and fun! Great hotel design and lovely welcoming staff, nice and quiet at night so slept really well in the very comfortable big bed! Room was a good size for Paris too
From the welcome we received from Nadir to the comfortable room, I would highly recommended Le Pradey for visitors staying for a few days in Paris. Although the traditional rooms are not huge, they are perfectly formed. It is spotlessly clean and very member of staff was professional but friendly. Especially Nadir who looked after us so well with restaurant recommendations and greeted us so warmly every time we walked into the hotel. The location also was great - walkable to many locations of easy to get around from Pyramides Metro. There are a wealth of cafes and bars around the the area (as well as shops) of varying prices but many very reasonable. I would highly recommended this hotel. And if you book direct, they offer you a free breakfast, which is delicious.
We enjoyed the location and stayed for six nights. Unfortunately, a fairly inexpensive barrette purchase disappeared from our room during our stay. We tipped housekeeping each night and used the safe for our more expensive items. So buyer beware if you’re not locking everything up each night. The only other criticism would be the $45 euro airport transport advertised in their elevator. We signed up for that service when we departed and were NOT informed our ride would cost $65 euros. We were two people with three bags going to CDG airport, still not sure why we were upcharged for the transport. These are the types of communications that need to be improved at this hotel.
We had to change hotels after arriving in Paris. We found this one and didn’t expect much, but when we went inside we were truly amazed. The interior is a subtle mix between modern, classy and luxurious. The room (though not huge) was just as nice and in the same style as the lobby. The bathrooms was oddly spacious. The breakfast was also very good. The location is also prime as we could see the Tuileries garden from our window, and the nearest metro stop was a 2 minute walk. What made it even better was the fantastic personell. They made us feel extremely welcome and were very helpful and service minded. It almost made me want to have a problem just so I could go down to the lobby and ask the staff!
My family had an amazing time in Paris and a big part had to do with the hotel stay. The staff was so friendly. Big "shout out" to Nadir and Grace who were so kind to my family. Everyone went above and beyond to make amour stay special. They even gifted my daughter a present when they found out it was her 18th birthday. Honestly, one of the best hotel stays in Europe we have ever experienced. Amazing location and close to taxi stand so Paris was very accessible. Stay here and enjoy!
I accidentally booked my hotel and airfare to Paris and was not able to cancel. I’m glad I made the trip. The hotel is so closed to everything for us. It is located around the corner from all the high end boutiques. There is also a pharmacy around the corner and a little market on the opposite end. Easy access to the Louvre museum. There’s a couple of cafe and a Japanese restaurant close by as well. The rooms are cleaned and service is friendly. We got a deluxe suite which was a decent size. The beds is comfy Sanya( not sure spelling) is great. Very professional and helpful. It was cold in Paris for us Californians. The room temperature wasn’t working for us and I asked the front desk. Turns out they have a way to control the thermo at the front desk. So if you’re cold then let them know. I would recommend this hotel. …
Very safe and convenient location for main attractions, food, and shopping. Reasonably good breakfast. Nayeem at the reception was extremely helpful in arranging taxis, getting museum pass delivered, booking reservation at Louvre, getting printouts for the show, booking restaurants, etc. Room (even suite) was too tight with narrow access to the bedroom.
Enjoyed my stay at this Hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly, gave great recommendations. Rooms were nice and cozy! Great location, close to metro station, multiple attractions, dining, and shopping!
