This was our first time in Paris and I am so glad we stayed at Maison Faivart. It is a beautiful and luxurious boutique hotel. The concierge was so helpful, always offering recommendations and tips for shopping, dining and getting around. The hotel itself is beautiful, warm and inviting. The amenities offered make you feel at home. Some of the amenities I enjoyed was the heated towel bar, slippers, robes for the wellness area, turn in service every night, honesty bar and all day coffee and tea. Anything you may need is at your fingertips. The wellness area is such a luxury, and a an amazing amenity. The service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maison Favart C’est magnifique!
Our trip to Paris was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We wanted to stay somewhere special, and booked 11 nights at La Maison Favart. We definitely hit the jackpot with this booking. From the moment our car service arrived in front of the hotel, we were met with smiling, friendly faces. Things only got better from there. The lobby is beautiful, and hospitality abounds. Everything about this place is immaculate and tidy, in addition to being attractive and well decorated. Breakfast is available at an extra charge, and includes a variety of items to suit almost any preference. In the afternoon there is an honor bar available, as well as cake and coffee/tea. We had a fifth-floor room facing the plaza in front of the hotel. I will say the rooms are a bit small by American standards, although I do not believe it is unusual in a boutique hotel in Paris. We did not consider this to be a problem. The bed was comfortable, the room nicely decorated, and the bathroom was modern and spotless, with lovely toiletries and fluffy towels. No complaints whatsoever! The view of the plaza proved to be an endless source of amusement for us. We watched small children playing soccer, mothers with baby carriages, and even a young couple doing the tango to boom box music! One day the plaza was complete occupied by a film crew, and we waved at the actors (they waved back!) and enthusiastically applauded their takes. The hotel is well located, with a Metro station just down the street. Restaurants abound within walking distance. Our compliments to every member of the staff at La Maison Favart. We love you all! If we ever are in Paris again, believe me, we will be back!…
Carina and her team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I needed three items pressed and they had all items back to me in perfect order within hours. I left my electronic adaptor at home and they found me one to use. the breakfast is lovely and the cappuccino started my day off perfectly. We even had a family photo placed in our room along side a bottle of champaign. Just a lovely experience and hotel.
We stayed here for the first time , will not be our last . 30 mins walk from Gare de Nord, in fact this place is located very central to anywhere . The staff are top class , make you feel very much a friend , at home and a VIP, and it’s natural . From reception , concierge to the breakfast and room cleaning staff I must rate these guys the best , yes the best and I’ve stayed many places in cities , from London Savoy to Milan to many capitals including Rome Dorchester . I could write pages on how good this place is , but in summary I would highly recommend , and will be staying here every time I visit Paris . Thank you La Maison Favart 👍❤️
Perfect location and really friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Galeries Lafayette and there are super restaurants all around. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning to this great hotel.
I’ve just got back from a girls’ weekend, and we stayed at La Maison Favart. The hotel is beautiful and immaculately kept. The staff were brilliant, looked after us and ensured we had everything we need. They genuinely care about their guests. The ability to book spa slots was great and we enjoyed the pool and sauna. The location was excellent, with ample choice of metro stations, cafes, restaurants and bars. I don’t say this often but I really want to go back to the same hotel !
The location is super! Walk up to Sacre Ceur or down to Notre-Dame. Everything except the Eiffel Tower feels close by, but the metro easily solves that problem. The hotel staff have been wonderful. Thet always try to help you out with whatever problem or question you might have. The ability to book a time for the spa makes it so much more cozy and we used it every day with our two daughters who loved it. Breakfast is a good selection of quality ingredients without overdoing it and giving you unnecessary bad options just for the sake of having more options. They need to work on their internet connection when they have many guests, but hey, you are here for Paris, not Internet ; )
This trip was to celebrate our 50th anniversary and my wife’s 70th birthday so pressure was on to make sure everything was perfect. We have been to Paris about 10 times and we usually stay in the Latin Quarter. I wanted to have a more luxurious experience in a quieter and upscale area. I spent hours reading reviews and recommendations from sites like TripAdvisor and chose La Maison Favart to start and end our 16 day trip exploring Brittany, Normandy and Bruges in Belgium. This was one of the best travel decisions I ever made. They arranged for meet and greet at the airport (less than other private transfer services, the staff is warm and welcoming (saved me a lot of stress by storing a 28 inch suitcase till we got back to Paris), room overlooking courtyard is spacious and clean, my wife loved the pool/spa and finally I think the rates are reasonable. I highly recommend and this is be our “go to” place every time we come back to Paris.…
We felt very comfortable in la Maison Favart : the room is tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the view of l'Opera-Comique every day. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back!
The hotel is spotless, and service is impeccable. Great location, lots of things in short walking distance but also feels peaceful. Freddy was super and helped with restaurant and bar recommendations, reservations and taxis when needed. Service was really warm and friendly but also professional and efficient. Our room was lovely, and serviced twice a day which was a pleasant surprise. We looked out over the Opera Comique and enjoyed seeing the comings and goings. There are lots of room options and a family suite too. Breakfast has many options and the spa was a nice addition - I tried out the massage bed and once I worked out what I was doing it was fab. Honesty bar was a good addition for a pre dinner drink. We’d love to return.
