The Hotel Aiglon is idealy located in the heart of Montparnasse, the famous artist’s district of Paris. The picturesque neighbourhood with its art studios and cafes is a wonderful place to be on a Paris city break. This splendid hotel of 46 rooms has recently refurbished the building, the lobby, the library, the breakfast room and most of the rooms in the spririt of the twenties, with wonderfull mosaic (in the bathroom and at the entrance of the hotel), nice cutains and wallpaper for an intimate and warm atmosphere.

They would have got 5 stars.... Don't use their garage. It is only suited for tiny cars. We scratched our car door coming out. While they said they will contact their insurance, I called and emailed them but the guy ghosted me. Otherwise great little hotel.

Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially the two gentlemen working at the front desk. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Ridiculously good quality & location for the price.

Want a real French experience, in a fantastic neighborhood? This is the place, great location, room comfort and decor. Close to the metro, and it's nice and quiet. LOTS of activites within a short walk, if you like Cafe's and Markets.

It is a nice, clean hotel with very good rooms. The people at the reception are always there for helping you. You can them ask everyhing. Our stay at hotel Aiglon was perfect. If we visit Paris another time we definity book at this hotel again.

I always stay in the 14th but hadn’t been to the Aiglon in years as I usually stay a bit closer to Denfert Rocherau but I will be coming back here. They only had their smallest room available when I booked but for one person it was fine (I’d definitely go bigger for two and probably just for myself ne to time I visit). The room was lovely a clean with a great bathroom, they updated a few years back and it shows. Comfortable bed and really quiet. My room was overlooking Montparnasse cemetery so views over treetops. As a bonus there’s a kettle and coffee machine plus a minibar that you can empty once and you only get charged if you then take the refills - still & sparkling water, granola bar, crisps, orange juice and a beer! Very close to the Raspail metro station, this hotel is located close to restaurants and bakeries. The desk people were extemely helpful, the receptionist taking the time to explain and draw directions to the sites in Paris that we wanted to see. The upper floors on the cemetery side have great views. The rooms are a bit small but clean and organized with free drinks, coffee and snacks. Wine is available to purchase. The room was hot at night. This was the only negative for us. It is 20 - 30 minute walk to sites like the Eiffel tower, Notre Dame, the Seinne, Ste. Chappel and a 10 minute walk to the catacombs.

Every time I visit Paris I stay at Hotel Aiglon. I love the location. The metro/subway is just across the street. There are very nice restaurants that are only a block or two away from the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. Super nice staff; very clean rooms.
