Detailed Reviews
The hotel has some lovely touches, including filtered water and ear plugs in the room. The continental breakfast selection is nice. The room and bed were comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. There was a small gift in the room when we arrived. The location is good, and very close to a metro station. The reception staff speak English which was very helpful for us.
The only confusion was that we thought we prepaid the room, however the full amount wasn’t taken so we had to pay ~60 on arrival. This didn’t impact the stay, but seems a strange way to do it.

A comfortable hotel accessible and recommended. Good breakfast. Excellent reception staff. I would only observe the handling of the central air conditioning. Although it is autumn the temperatures are elevated and we require cold. The cold was not available. We had to sleep with windows open. Thanks to José Garcia who changed rooms the noise of the street became bearable.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect with metro stations for 3 different lines within 5 minutes walk and delicious bakeries just around the corner!
I booked this hotel as I was arriving in Gare du Nord and leaving from Gare de l'Est and this hotel is right on the metro line which run directly to both. It did not disappoint. An affordable option especially with their solo rooms, I was very lucky to be given room 41 (a double room) which had ample space, a window overlooking the front street, aircon/heating, a mini fridge and a good safe. The room was nicely appointed with modern decor, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure. As my room overlooked the street there was some noise that travelled up when the window was open, but when shut it was virtually gone. The staff were all very friendly and efficient.
Overall I had a lovely stay in this hotel. It is a little further from the major tourist attractions than some, but there is very easy access to metro lines running directly to them (or if you're keen like me you can do a nice walk over to them).

I've had very positive experience staying in Hotel Marais Bastille on my last business trip to Paris. The room was really spacious with a large comfortable bed. This is a rare find in Paris unless you're willing to pay exorbitant rates to stay in a 4*+ place. The hotel itself is in a nice historic building, but is modernised throughout inside. Bathroom was clean and spacious with two sinks. There's an aircon, but I didn't use it as the weather was pleasant and I kept the window open. The room was facing Bd Richard Lenoir, which is quite busy including the nights. So if the noise affects you, make sure to bring ear plugs. The number of electrical outlets is somewhat small. So it may make sense to bring a USB hub if you've got lots of devices.

Nice little hotel. The rooms are on the cramped side (would have been perfect for a solo traveler, but for two, we were always in each other’s way), but they were well decorated and very clean. I also appreciated that we had multiple windows that could be opened as the air conditioner had been shut off for the fall, and the rooms would have been quite stuffy without them! The location is great. The neighborhood has many great cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as a market that opens up in the green belt across the street on Thursdays and Sundays. There are also multiple metro stops within a 5-7 minute walk, including one that’s only about 2 minutes away. If all you’re needing is a place to sleep while exploring Paris, this place makes a good base and offers a wonderful value for your money.

The hotel was in a nice convenient location for seeing the sights of Paris if you don't want the expense of being in the city centre. The metro and bus stop were less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel and there are lots of nice cafe's, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was small but very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and polite. We would definately stay again if visiting Paris

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful and spoke great english. The room was a little small, but it used the space well and we did not feel cramped especially when we had the window open. The shower was excellent (hot water and great pressure). The bed was a true queen size, a little firm but still comfortable. The AC worked great and was very nice to have since it was warm on the days we were there. On the 5th floor, we could hardly hear any noise from the street. The location was the real upside. We were walking distance from dozens of excellent restaurants and wine bars, as well as the metro which was very convenient and easy to use. We even walked from the train station (which took about 23 minutes but saved us a cab ride). Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

the furnishing in the room was very tasteful, we had a double room with window towards cortyard, therefore it was very quiet and calm during the night. The room was clean, and the staff in the reception were really nice and helpful. Good area too, a lot of nice restaurants nearby and right next to the sunday market.

The Marais Bastille is located right by the Bastille park, the location of a spectacular Farmer's/Flea market on Thursdays and Sundays. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants nearby, Metro stations a few steps away, and walkable to most of the major attractions in Paris. Our room was compact but very clean and provided all the space we needed. The bathroom was modern and spotless. We opted not to include breakfast so we could check out cafes in the area, but it looked like quite a nice breakfast. The desk staff was helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions, and arranging a cab to the airport. I'd recommend it and would stay there again.

The service was excellent, everything was clean and well-maintained. The room I had (6th floor) was accesible via stairs and elevator. The room was very silent and didn't got bothered by muffled sounds from elsewhere in the hotel, although I'm sensitive for it. I had view over the city and could see the eiffeltower and the monument of Place de la Bastille via the little balcony attached to my room. The hotel is well placed in Paris. You can discover the city by bike rental around the corner at Place de la Bastille or take the Metro (walking 3 mins). The streets felt quite safe and lots of grocery stores and cozy cafes, boulangeries are accesible in the direct surroundings. The staff was friendly and delivered an excelent service, parfait!

Yes, there is all the basic stuff you need… including those you asked about.
There is a company called "Paris shuttle" who pick up from the airport but they might also be prepared to transport you to Gare Dr Nord.
I took the metro. At Gare Du Nord you will change trains and then get off at either Sabin-Bregut or Place de la Bastille
Yes, it does.
Bonjour,
From Orly Airport :
Take Orlyval till Antony station. Take RER line B till Gare du Nord station. Change to line 5 of the metro and get off at Breguet-Sabin
or
Take bus "Car Air France" line 1 till Etoile. Change for metro line 1 and get off at Bastille station.
We stay at your disposal
