The morning of our departure to Paris (!) we received a phone call from the hotel that they would close for a couple of months. They offered us an alternative hotel but that one was far inferior to Hotel Duette. No compensation at all.
Although I am yet to visit the hotel, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Benjamin via email and I am very impressed with how helpful he has been during this uncertain time- Thankyou! I am looking forward to my trip!
We have stayed at this lovely boutique hotel a few times. Yes, standard rooms are bit small but really clean and neat (incl. the bathroom!). If you opt for a higher category, rooms become more spacious. The layout of the rooms (design and furniture) is always a bit different which we appreciate. We like the 17th Arrondissement and that's why we love the location of the hotel. It's just in the centre of this wonderful 'neighbourhood' and still quiet! Breakfast is excellent, too. In short, we will return as we did a few times already! Almost forgot to mention: we like the staff, in particular Benjamin of the reception desk (he speaks a good English by the way).
Very nice place close to a citymarket, which is open on sundays. Paris best flair around with cafés and best rates restaurants. Footpath to the Citycenter and also to Montmartre. We really enjoyed the warm wellcome and the good breakfirst at the Hotel Duette.
The Hotel Duette in Paris is nice and cosy. The hotel is clean but well decorated and small.Enjoy the breakfast every morning which is good and the breads are nice. The hotel is in the centre of Paris so the best thing is walkable most places if you don’t mind to walk. Lot of shops around as well as plenty of restaurants. No hesitation to book it again when my next visit to Paris. Thank you very much to the staffs of Hotel Duette Paris 17. Best Wishes!
Very well located, clean, attentive staff, everything you could ask for of a hotel in Central Paris. The rooms are small but again that's to be expected in the heart of a European megacity. I think this hotel is great for business travelers and I'll definitely be returning!
We really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Duette. We were in Paris for three nights, and it was perfect for our requirements. We stayed in Room 51, which was clean, cosy and incredibly quiet. It had a small wardrobe space (which was unexpected but very helpful), good bathroom facilities with a hot shower, and a good sized comfortable bed. We were particularly impressed with the location of the hotel. We walked most places, but when we felt lazy we used the Metro, which was close to the hotel and really easy to navigate. Batignolles itself is a lovely area and we had several nice meals and drinks around here. We couldn't fault the staff, who were friendly, helpful and efficient throughout our stay. The only improvements I can think of would be: Tea and coffee making facilities either in the bedrooms or available in a public area throughout the day - currently you can only use the coffee machine at breakfast time, which I found difficult at times. I'm British and I love my cups of tea! Access to cold bottled water, either in a mini fridge in the bedrooms or again in one of the public areas. A blind on the skylight in the room. It was lovely to see the rooftops of Paris, but it made it tricky to sleep without an eye mask. However even when taking the above into account, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Hotel Duette or to recommend to a friend. A really great find!…
This hotel is perfectly located to restaurants and transport links. The interior is modern, clean and cozy. I visited here in November and loved how central the hotel was. The room is small, clean but decent for a weekend break. It has all the required amenities required for your stay. Decorated tastefully and to modern spec. The breakfast was buffet style with a selection of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to assist. Not to mention the free sweets available at the reception lounge. Location is convenient and next door to the subway Villiers. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Paris and the neighborhood is quaint and away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
We visited for Christmas markets. The hotel is lovely, rooms are cosy and warm. Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly and on hand to help at all times. Breakfast was fresh pastries, fruits, and delicious. It was constantly replenished and good coffee too. This is a perfect small boutique hotel, situated in a lovely part of Paris. It was a 5 min walk to the underground and easy to walk to all the major sites. Well recommended hotel. Thank you to all the staff for their wonderful hospitality.
A beautiful hotel in an amazing neighbourhood. Little cute room provided us all we needed. Beautiful place, great breakfast, welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel and please enjoy the breakfast, it has all you need!
