We visited Paris with 8 family members to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. The hotel was in the perfect location for visiting the sights. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was small but was lovely and clean with L'Occitane toiletries. The bedrooms were quite warm at night but the weather was unseasonably warm and the air conditioning wasn't in...

We have stayed twice in this quaint boutique hotel. I think it will become our go-to place for Paris. It's an old building on a small street so don't expect big rooms. But what they do pack into the space is very well-designed and delivered. The welcome and service are friendly and helpful. The furnishings are beautiful and really classy....

Great location, quiet, clean, cozy, full amenities, but no free breakfast (14Euro). Terrific staff, honor bar, cozy seating room, free wifi (but a bit sporadic), easy walk to great shopping and lots of terrific restaurants.

Spent 7 nights in Hotel Odeon. Extremely charming hotel with great location in St. Germaine. Excellent and extremely professional staff. We had the suite on the 5th floor which was terrific. Highly recommend that room. One could tell that the clientele were repeats many of which have been patronizing the hotel for many years. Would not hesitate recommending this property...

We were looking for a cosy hotel, offering high standard services and well located in the area of Odeon. We have not been disappointed! Location is great, in the hart of a very living area. Our room was on the street side but thanks to very good insulation (recently refurbished) was quite at all time. The room (junior suite) was...

I've stayed at the Hotel Odeon Saint-Germain many times now. I love the warm, cozy ambiance of this gem of a hotel. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood is lovely--fairly quiet street and many great little places to eat and shop. Several excellent, highly acclaimed pastry shops/chocolatiers/wine bars are within a minute or two walk. I feel...

My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights. We were really impressed by the service of the staff. Extremely friendly, and so very helpful when helping us pick out a place to eat or find directions. They even bought us tickets to the museums so we didn't have to wait in line! The room itself was very clean, and...

We stayed here for 4 days and opted for the standard room. Although small plenty of charm and a juliet balcony. The honesty bar is a treat and means you can have a drink when you fancy. The reception staff and night porters are a wealth of information and happy to help. We found this hotel totally relaxing and charming....

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighborhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighborhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
