Located a little far from the center of Paris, but with the metro 50 meters away you can go anywhere in a short time. The distance from the center is an advantage in terms of noise, because there is very little traffic and welcoming places that are not too crowded throughout the area.
Small but welcoming, bright, clean room; room cleaning and change of bath towels every day.
Friendly staff is helpful; one of the receptionists also speaks Italian very well. Excellent value for money.
Advised!

And it is handy for the metro station and restaurants .
We love this place there is also a shopping mall nearby I like to people watch with a cup of coffee
The only unpleasant part was that the breakfast buffet is hideously expensive (11 euros) and the food (some cereal, basic yogurt, a few slices of ham and processed cheese) is below average. Milk in a jug had gone sour, coffee comes out of a self-serve dispenser, and the general atmosphere is depressing. Save your money, and go out (either across the street to a bakery that offers breakfast, or buy some croissants in the area and have coffee on a sidewalk cafe).
I doubt I'll go back - something a little too impersonal about the hotel and the sour milk put me off. This is a mediocre little hotel - won't kill you, especially at that price, but if you are looking for a great memory, you might want to stay away.
I did. The hotel is safe, clean and professionally run. The rooms are small but clean, with great bathrooms and minibars (I would never buy expensive minibar food, but they always make great fridges, don't they).
The hotel's location in Place d'Italie was convenient for metro access. We also found bus #27 very frequent and useful for getting to Notre-Dame, the Louvre, Opera, etc.
Definitely recommended.
