If romance is not necessarily what you need then this is perfectly acceptable, it's in a good location near to the metro and the local bars and cafes - room was basic and in need of some TLC in places but essentially clean and tidy - if it's a work stay then it's a great little place. The staff were... More

We have just returned from a 3 night stay in this hotel. Despite the hotel being small it is in an ideal location, very clean and decorated brilliantly. We arrived at the hotel on Friday and were booked straight in and shown to our room immediately where the mini fridge was full, the room was clean, we had a large... More

Stayed here 7 years ago and it was a budget and tired place. But now it is a much nicer place to be, clearly new ownership! Compact room but that's to be expected, Helpful staff and great service! satisfactory breakfast. Best thing is the location as others have mentioned.

On arrival initially asked for more Euros for the room (paid in advance), but eventually sorted. Hotel rooms, shall we say, not big but you're in Paris and won't be spending much time in them! Location excellent - go to the end of the road turn left is the Arc de Triomphe about 15 minutes walk, and turn right is... More

Would Not recommend this hotel and will Not return here. Location was good, and the price was good by Paris standard. Our room was tiny but ok , the bathroom very old and not clean feeling. Shower was pretty bad, shower cord leaking from lots of spots, just overall yucky feeling. In the room brochure it says breakfast till 11... More

like the title says Great location, the metro is close and there's 2 supermarkets at either end of the street, short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arch De Triomphe. the area seemed very safe as we were walking around at 11pm. As for the hotel the staff were friendly and were more than happy to give directions and... More

Bon Jour! This hotel, though small (what isn't in regard to living quarters in Europe) is perfectly nestled near the Arc de Triomphe, The Eiffel Tower, Louvre, The Seine and has an abundance of cafe's restaurants, shops, Metro and everything else that one would need while in Paris- The bathroom/shower were tiny as was the room, but aside from sleeping,... The rooms were in the process of being updated. Based on the photos, they have done a great job. The staff was great and very helpful. The location was perfect! You could quickly get to the metro and several tourist sites.

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
