It was just the perfect location to walk around in this amazing city! Any distance for sightseeing is even to make easily by walking and also taking a taxi is not that much expensive cause the hotel is located in the middle of everything! M Social is a very beautiful and typical Parisian hotel! My daughter and me loved it! Rooms are really big and the beds are wonderful! Best sleep ever…. Like in paradise! Very good price value! We had booked a trip in fall but had medicinal issue come up and wanted to cancel the booking. The hotel refused to make an exception to their no refund policy. So far the hotel has already left a terrible taste in our mouth before even stepping foot into it.

Serious safety incident
WARNING!! If you stay here, please don't leave your windows open in the bathroom..... don't walk around naked. From the beginning the staff was rude and unhelpful when a crisis occurred in their hotel. On the day we were checking out. I saw a man on the roof top taking photos of me naked on the toilet. The manager came up right away and told me that was the hotel and only maintenance could get up there. We came down and they brought the man who could have been up there. * Note I said he was in a jacket, but the man came down in t shirt in March in pairs??? I asked them to check his phone they refused and then started yelling at me telling me I'm lying. When that same manager told me only a hotel staff could have been there. Now that hotel staff could not have been there. I was seeing thing/ making it up. That they will do nothing, and I should call the police. I'm sitting here crying my eye out in the hotel lobby. Traumatized. almost throwing up. All they could do is tell me they do not care. This is not how you treat someone who stayed and PAID. I am a woman, who was traumatized by this event and in 2023 why would you deny someone sexually harassed her. The manager now has publicly on the internet accused me of lying. This was for my birthday, and this is how this hotel in Paris treated me. I was sexually harassed and instead they retaliate and say I'm lying. Now the next hotel I stayed in I HIGHLY recommend. This one not at all. I'm so sad because the hotel was gorgeous.. but my stay was hideous.…

Good location. Close to Palais Garnier and Galleries Lafayette. Room 223- queen size bed. USB port and outlets. A/C worked great. Had to change rooms since the A/C was leaking. Room 223- no hot water my first night. It was fixed,the next day. No mini fridge, No outlet in bathroom for hair dryer. Breakfast was good. Every one working at the hotel was nice. They were training new people at the front desk. In my option, definitely not a four star property.

Well located hotel. Very stylish interior. The staff, from the receptionists to the bar staff to the restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights on this occasion and are happily going back for a three night stay next month.

I would like to start off by saying that from the outside, the hotel looks amazing. When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff and were guided to our room. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious - the bed was soft and comfy, the TV was large, the toilets were good, the list goes on. The Breakfast buffet at the hotel had a large variety: French pastries, hashbrowns, eggs, fruits, juices and you could tell the chef to make fresh omlettes and pancakes just for you. The only problem we had with the hotel was its location. Its about a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord. This may not seem far, but when we first got to Paris, it felt like a maze, so it took us quite a while to locate the hotel. However, there is a metro station near the hotel, where you can easily travel to all the major attractions for relatively cheap (€2.10 per ticket). Overall, my stay at M Social Paris exceeded my expectations. If I ever return to Paris, this will definitely be the hotel I stay at!…

Just returned from a Marvelous 10 days at M Social Paris Opera! I spent months planning this trip- hunting for the Perfect Hotel scouring through hundreds of reviews to balance location/design/comfort/$$. I booked (and cancelled) 5 different hotels (+a lux AirBnb) before I found M Social! M Social has the perfect blend of Parisian glamour, Belle Epoque architecture - yet refined & cool with recently updated beautifully appointed large comfortable rooms. We had La Grande Sweetie- divine suite w/king sized bed, lovely living room & two little balconies. Beds super comfy- A/C worked great. Our room evoked such a Parisian 20s vibe- I found myself wondering who had lived there before! It’s so important to be relaxed and comfortable in ones accommodations on holiday. Our son’s Signature Queen room had a big balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris -Tres cool! The location in Opera District is superb- 2 blocks from Galleries Lafayette- lots of action yet somehow quiet. Walkable and safe, next to a metro- tho we took Ubers everywhere. No hotel is a great hotel without a great staff! Whilst part of a bigger company, Millenium Hotels- the M Social concept is a well run boutique hotel with an exceptional staff operating at the highest level. Every person working at the hotel was warm, happy and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The Hotel is excellent -I recommend highly and the staff is the cherry on top! The hotel facilities are nice, the breakfast superb, BUT OUR SAFEBOX WAS OPENED and noone took responsibility for the money taken. When at the police station we were told THIS HAPPENED BEFORE. We were dismissed and even suggested we had taken our own money. IT IS CLEAR in the blue print : valuables HAVE TO BE LEFT in the safebox

This is a very comfortable hotel in an outstanding location. Lovely staff with a “can do” attitude. Perfect for a long weekend visiting all the top spots. Lots of good local bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

M Social is a newly renovated hotel that is just a stroll away from the Galleries Lafayette shopping centre. We had stayed for 3 nights and had booked 2 connecting signature rooms for a family of 4. The rooms very rather spacious for Paris, richly furnished and very very comfortable. The hotel itself was very close to the richlieu drout metro and you can catch a train to disneyland or Versailles with a single interchange. We could even take a direct bus to the Louvre from the bus stop around the corner. The shopping center Galleries Lafayette was minutes away by foot and basically you could get to a lot of attractions in 10-15 mins. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was standard and had limited options but we especially liked their hashbrowns and muffins. Would highly recommend the M Social for a perfect stay in Paris…
