A very nice hotel experience over the Xmas break. Chosen in a hurry for its location and expected level of comfort, my 4-night stay in room 409 was very pleasant and resting. I did appreciate the overall cleanliness of both room and common areas. It was spacious, modern and, most of all, well cared for. It does deserve its 4-star rating with the experience provided (sauna and gym were an added bonus alongside pleasant staff met at the counter or maids). Since I now have to go back more regularly to Paris throughout 2022, I am relieved and happy I don't have to look elsewhere for my hotel accommodation.

Very comfortable hotel, I really liked the service, very sympathetic people, the room was very clean! The location is good, there are a few restaurants, markets and pharmacies around the hotel and also buses stops.

A wonderful, clean hotel that is centrally located but a way from the hustle and bustle from main Paris. Checking in was straight forward. Rooms were of a good size only downside there is no fridge in the room Sauna is spacious clean and a nice touch after sightseeing Turn right out of the hotel and you have Carrffour supermarket. Walk straight out of the hotel and you have the bus that takes you into the heart of Paris. Train stations are very close by. Local restaurants are close to the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. On a good day if you don’t mind walking you can actually walk to central Paris Ps Gare DU Nord Station is far from the hotel and there are no direct train or bus to take you near the hotel. Taxi or Uber the journey takes 30-45 minutes to the hotel.

Really really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was lovely very very clean, clean room everyday and was left spotless every time. Very comfy beds also! Hotel was in a great spot good if you are walkers, we walked pretty much everywhere was not far to get to places at all if you enjoy walking. Ubers are also very cheap! The staff were also very nice and helpful if we needed anything. Sauna and gym were also very clean. Overall a very lovely stay and would 100% come back as it was so so lovely.

Stayed whilst on a weekend trip with my wife and teenage daughter. The Hotel is very clean, smart and has a small Gym and Sauna. The service was very good and we enjoyed our stay. Its main drawback is the lack of a decent bar. When you've been out and about all day it's nice to come back to your Hotel and have a G&T or Beer and then have pre-evening drinks prior to going out. The bar here was very limited with a Wine "machine" like a Nespresso that was 10Euro a glass. They had no Gin and what they had was expensive. If you're just looking for a nice, clean, moderon Hotel this is great, however if you want a little more then it's lacking. Metro atation is only 5 mins walk so it is ideal for getting around Paris and relativley close to the EIffell Tower.

Nice hotel with really good breakfast. Compared to other breakfasts in the city it has a really good variety of food and everything looks fresh. The rooms are clean and have offer a everything you need for your stay - except maybe for a good view ;)

4 stars is certainly not the adequate rating but an excellent 3 be more than enough. Nothing wrong with this establishment well located if you have business in the area or if you want to be on a 20' walk away of the Tour Eiffel. Next to the Maison de la Radio and the Grenelles Bridge it has small restaurants around and if you cross the bridge you find everything you may need in terms of shopping as several modern departamental stores are around on a 10' walking distance. Beautiful views of the Tour Eiffel from the bridge. The hotel itself was fully renovated from scratch a year ago. Modern, clean, cool design is a very good B& B and affordable. Rooms are quiet large, good A/C or heath such as lighting and large TV set with multilingual channels. Small bathrooms with shower but good illumination and pleasant. Enough wardrobes for a long week-end. Breakfast is very nice with lot of room to be seated and a nice area with garden view. There is a sauna but we didi now used even if we crossed two ladies in the lift waring bathrobes and going to it. Very small in house menu if you need a salad or a small bite. On the negative I would point out that reception is very slow and that restaurant staff is not qualified but they are nice. Otherwise a nice and warm hotel were you feel comfortable if you do not look for luxury. Clientele was as well nice and of all ages and better no groups ,only couples and individuals. A place we shall return.

We stayed 10 days in this recently renovated hotel 2 blocks from the Seine. The number 72 bus is a short walk which runs along the Seine, past Place de La Condcorde, the Eiffel tower, the Louvre, and Hotel de Ville/Norte Dame. It is only a 1.5 km beautiful walk to the Eiffel Tour, if you are fit. It is also only 700 m or so to Mozart, which has many shops and bistro. The room was comfortable. Bath was fitted with toilet, wide sink, walk-in shower and l' Occitane toiletries, . Also included were combination safe, hot pot for instant coffee and tea, . For travelers from the US, please note bath cloth is not always included at hotels, and that is the case here. Also absent was creme rinse . If you get a room with a balcony, note that they are different sizes and shapes. Rm 315 was one of the larger ones. Breakfast had lots of good pastries, hot meat and eggs, fresh fruit and juice, cereal, and noodle pots. I would stay again if visiting this part of Paris.
