Super nice staff, great rooms, awesome location. What felt best about the location is that it's just a 10 minute transit to any tourist location, but far enough away to not be touristy. The staff clearly takes a ton of pride in making people feel welcome and comfortable.
I just have one word for this hotel - 'Outstanding'. We stayed here for 5 days, Aug 15-20th, and we were in love with how simple, efficiwnt, elegant and caring is this property and all the staff. The front office staff was so so respectful and courteous, all speak in English, understand you, attend to you and offer solutions with a smile. The rooms were clean and very comfortable with a large television even in Classic room. The bathrooms are well appointed, well stocked (no small miniature bottles for body cleanser, cream, shampoo and conditioner but full size filled bottles). The beds were so comfortable and we had good and peaceful sleep. The room size is very decent, even classic rooms. The Housekeeping was so meticulous that they didnt leave a stain back. The hotel is so well located, we walked to St Germaine, Latin quarters, Montparsnne, Luxembourg gardens, Saint Chappel and even the Louvre (30 min or so). Just had a fantastic time here. Strongly recommend this beautiful property.…
The hotel Location was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. The rooms are very decent size and very clean. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s walking distance to many good stores and great eating places.
Victoria Palace Hotel is a great location, close to several metro lines. Highly recommend if you're attending a conference at the Paris Convention Centre. Tons of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc in immediate walking distance. Staff was very nice. Taxi to CDG at 10 am on a weekday took 50 mins.
To find hotel in Paris completely remodeled its not an easy task. So that’s a main reason I was attractive to this hotel. Its the best value for the level of hotel you get. But when things gets busy it’s seams like some stuff needs to have more training.
The staff here has been consistently helpful and kind. They seem to be genuinely interested in helping with whatever is needed. They are friendly and appreciate my attempts to speak French! When they found out it was my birthday they left me a present in my room. It was such a surprise!
Our family of 4 recently stayed here September 8-14, 2022. It is a recently renovated hotel with large rooms by European standards. For the most part our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is quiet but it is a bit of a walk to anything of interest. (1/2-1 mile). There is a lot of staff but most seem to be inexperienced and "in training". Only a few seem to know how to get the job done and they do not communicate well with each other. The breakfast is mediocre. Croissants were worse than I could buy at Trader Joe's
Attentive and friendly staff, beautiful hotel with comfortable, well-appointed rooms in great location, just off Rue de Rennes, on the Left Bank, near Montparnasse Metro and easy walk to cafes on Blvd de Montparnasse and St Germain de Près.
Great service staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location with 2-3km walk to all major attractions and lots of great restaurants near by. The hotel was modern and our room was large with a comfortable bed.
Everything about this hotel was top notch from the staff to the rooms to the breakfast. It was a perfect place to stay for my family. Great location near the subway and within walking distance of 20 to 30 minutes to most of the famous attractions. Quiet neighbourhood with shops nearby.
