Stayed at the Warwick Hotel for five nights. The hotel is very tired and needs a revamp to get with the times. The plugs are antiquated. No USB plugs and very few plugs in the room. Lighting is poor. Old style shower over the bath. Amenities were not filled up. The breakfast was awful. Coffee very poor quality. Very basic selection and not many healthy options. Position is good. It is a low 3 star hotel.

Great Hotel with a great location. The check in was very quick and simple. I was staying in a twin room with a mate to come & see the Rugby World Cup. The staff were very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast had great choices. Overall I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

We were genuinely looking forward to our stay at the Warwick, primarily because of its location. However, the reality fell short of our expectations. The decor and facilities felt old and desperately in need of a refresh. The biggest issue, though, was the hotel's proximity to a nightclub. The blaring music kept us awake until 4am (Friday and Saturday), ruining any chances of a restful night. Despite its good location, the negatives outweigh the positives, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Something amiss here ,bidet and commode in seperate rooms/area.Washing soap liquid far far away from the basin/sink.Telephone not by the bedside. Sofian in reception was friendly and helpful. Serve Halal food too which is a good point .Location is ideal.

Horrible experience for black family. The security was very racist and constantly disrespectful. Water in bathroom was cold in the mornings. Front desk manager Sophia not helpful. Very very terrible experience. If you are black NOT STAY Here. Openly racist.

I came with my friends and we had a Great Time. We are used to travel but this hotel is Very well managed. The staff is efficient the rooms are clean thé breakfast is delicious you Also have luxury stores nearby which really Makes shopping easier you also have many restaurant. I recommend the hôtel and we ll be back soon.

ok trip, stayed there 3 nights with my family. location is good as well as availability to park a car. Not all staff at reception were friendly to be honest. butler was great. Room size is ok but bathroom wasnt. furniture isnt as shown in pics bit outdated. breakfast was great. Overall compared to price isnt an option to vouch for

I wanted to point out to you that this is my third time at your hotel thanks to Margorie who makes my stay at the hotel more than perfect. Her care and her service and her desire to make your guests feel welcome. I fly to Paris several times a year. I don't even want to and I don't even consider staying at any other hotel thanks to her.
