They mis-advertise the rooms, because my room did not look like the pictures. It was a shoe-box and the lights in the room were either flickering or did not work. The bed is not even a queen size, it is a full. The shower did not have water coming from the top spout which was frustrating. We had to wait in a line to eat breakfast, because they could not sit everyone. The service at breakfast was awful. We asked for eggs 5 different times and the waiters kept blaming the chef for not making them, and one rolled his eyes at us whenever we would ask where our eggs were. We never got our eggs. A lot of the food was empty and generally people were very upset. You could hear confrontations left and right from customers to the waiters. The worst part of all, was that the waiters/manager did not care and told us to go ahead and write a bad review. The one good thing about this hotel is the location is right on Champs e Elysses.

Totally decrepit and dated hotel, must not have been renovated for at least 15 years, and takes advantage of its location close to the Champs-Élysées to charge exorbitant prices compared to the state of the rooms. Some are noisy because they are located near a disco located in an adjacent passage (I had to change rooms in the middle of the night because I could no longer stand the incessant bass sound). In addition, the level of cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired! I won't go back there again!

This hotel is catastrophic in every way! From the reception where there is only one competent person and therefore wait half an hour to check in! Only one card for the room because they are out of stock (!!)) The room (a suite) a telephone out of service (so you have to use your foreign phone to reach reception) a floor lamp out of service The television impossible to have correct reception on European channels At the restaurant we were offered cod among the options of the day and 15 minutes later ALASK THERE WAS NO MORE COD!! The shrimp tartare option is a scandal!! Two micro shrimps in a good but cold juice
Outside the restaurant, the reception staff are super unpleasant because when we asked for service at the bar at 12:30 p.m. we were told that we would have to wait an uncertain amount of time for 2 glasses of wine, staff unavailable!! This hotel is not only poorly managed with low-end staff who speak with little tact and also speak in the entrance hall among themselves as in a meeting of ill-mannered friends

We had stayed for 5 Nights in Dec 2022. We liked the location of the hotel, which was right in middle of the hustle bustle of Champs Élysées.
Check In Experience wasn’t great. The Lady at the Reception gave us the Room on 1st Floor, when we asked her to change it to the higher floor, she said “Sorry the Hotel is fully booked”. Then she asked us to pay the Deposit of Euro 250. Then we argued that we have already made the payment for 5 Nights, then why do you need 250?? She was adamant and said that we have a system blah blah. Then to our luck we were forwarded to the Guest Relation Manager, who was present there, she was really kind to us, and offered to change our Room to the higher floor, and also reduced the deposit to 100 Euros Only.
Secondly, we experienced something rather not pleasant incident, while we were inside the room, we noticed there was no door lock system from inside, like a chain or latch, nothing that sort. Suddenly we saw an elderly staff opened our Room’s door using ‘his keys’. We were surprised for sure, he asked us “do you want Fork and Spoon” which we never had requested for. Also even if we had requested then how anyone can enter your room with his keys. They can simply knock or ring the bell. Well we didn’t wish to escalate the matter as he was an elderly man. And we didn’t want to ruin his New Year.
The In Room Dining guys were helpful in sending the extra plates, wine glasses and the wine openers.

Great location, but disappointing in every other way. I slipped in our flooding shower/bathroom and cut my leg on the doorframe. We let management know and lodged a formal complaint, but no one cared. They promised to have the drain fixed immediately. The bathroom was dried, not even cleaned properly! Hair and dirt was still on the floor. The next day the shower flooded into the bathroom again. Nothing worse than squishing around on as many towels as you can find to throw on the watery mess to finish drying up and get dressed. Again we complained. The Manager Marjorie, who was lovely, promised to upgrade us to a suite. That never happened. The smell of mould in our room can only indicate an ongoing issue with water, which also made sleep uncomfortable. Even cleaning staff were opening our windows to air out the room! Buffet breakfast was sub-standard and highly priced. A real shame considering proximity to the Champs Elysee. The manager promised a free upgrade on our return. A generous offer, but we would have preferred to be looked after while we were there. Definitely not going back.

Let’s start with the positives…helpful and polite staff. Best location if you want to be around Champs Elysees, very decent breakfast buffet. Needs improvement in terms of the room and corridors being outdated and run down. Bathroom sanitary ware is pretty old, water pressure very low. Overall for the price point you pay at this location the hotel is manageable for 3-4 nights.

Spent two nights at the Warwick Paris over Christmas holidays with a friend and my teenage grandson. The staff & service were excellent! Outstanding! Fabulous!! Rooms were comfy and had everything we needed. Take advantage of their breakfast. It was a good way to begin our days in Paris. Great location! Be careful in booking - not the hotel's fault, but Guest Reservations charged me an extra $350.00 to book with them. Now I see that the actual room rate is much lower. Careful where you book!

There is a public parking adjoining to our hotel with a direct acces to our lobby. Our valet parking will be pleased to park your car for you ; do not hesitate to ask it to him.
The prices are 21€ for one day and 40 € for two days.

We stayed here in July and were not aware of any airport shuttle, but the trains got us to within a block of the hotel at a reasonable price. As we arrived around 9 in the morning, the hotel stored our bags and then called us as soon as a room was ready, which was around noon.
