Very small room with surprisingly low ceiling, you can basically touch it with your hand. There is no shower, only a bath tub and when you take a shower in it, it's very narrow and you spill water all over the place. Very inconvenient. There is no iron in the room! WHY?! The staff deserves a special mention - lazy, non helpful and unfriendly. I asked for an iron over the phone, they ignored me, so I called again in half an hour and I was already getting late for my dinner. They brought me one (withour an ironing board) and handed it to me without saying anything, basically just threw it into me and walked away. The iron was dirty! I almost ruined my Prada shirt! I decided not to bother this ignorant lazy staff anymore and had to go to dinner in an unironed shirt. No need to mention skin color, people of any race could potentially be bad at their job.

Dear NikoUsername, Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. First and foremost, we do sincerely regret if your stay with us did not meet your initial expectations. That being said, we do also regret your racist and discriminatory remark about one of our colleague. Indeed, the service provided might not has been as efficient as expected, we can totally get that and accept it, be sure that we will try our best to correct it. However, whether you liked it or not, the "no need to mention the the skin color" of the "ignorant lazy staff" to prove your point is beyond disrespectfull... Sincerely,

The Good: Location, bed was comfortable, quiet. The Bad: Toilet "shoehorned" into a corner that made it almost unusable. No chair worth sitting on in the room. Breakfast far below average. The ugly: 500 Euros nightly. POOR VALUE

Dear gordonG999, Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. First and foremost, we are happy to see that your enjoyed our privileged location as well as our hotel athmosphere, a quiet place is absolutely a must while visiting the City of Lights. However, we do sincerely regret that your stay with us did not entirely meet your initial expectations. Be sure that we took good note of your observations as per the sittings and the design of the room. Our cosy boutique hotel rooms do not match some Palace's suite but we are trying our best to optimize the space as much as we can ! Also, you're right about the rate; indeed, it was more expensive that what you could have expected but it can be explained : the value you mentioned is inflated by the Rugby World Cup in Paris at the very period you stayed. That being said, we truely hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back here in order to change your mind about our Hotel. Meanwhile, do not hesitate to reach out to us directly should you need any further assistance. Best regards,

We stayed here April 2023 for seven nights and had a very nice stay. Here are our observations/experiences that also factor items such as: what we knew prior to booking (type and cost of lodging), historical variables, total value for the money and comparisons with similar experiences – we greatly appreciate travelers who have provided reviews for our vacation planning and hope this info helps you too 😊: THE GOOD STUFF: • Hotel staff accommodating, friendly and helpful. Front desk staffed 24 hours. • Centrally located in 7th Arrondissement within walking distance of metro stations (about 200 yards) • Elegant fabric wall coverings, nice furniture and decor • WiFi worked very, very well • Large, comfortable room, bed, pillows • Room for two suitcases and our other bags • Bathroom had two sinks and a large shower plus a tub • Large fluffy towels and wash cloths (latter are rare in Europe) • Windows opened so we could have fresh air • Light switches and USB ports on each side of bed • Quiet location • Excellent and extensive buffet breakfast, including: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, sauteed mushrooms, large collection of locally sourced jellies/jams (rhubarb was our favorite), breads (all locally sourced, baguettes and croissants along with a small pastry with sugar crystals on surface were extraordinary), meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, juices (orange was fresh squeezed), coffee, tea (multiple choices). All the food was excellent, top quality – croissants were the best we had during our three week trip in France. • Since we were on the top floor, we could see the top half of the Eiffel Tower – this was great, especially at night • Room was ready when we arrived early in the morning, very nice! • Daily housekeeping • Toiletries provided: soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, lotion • Complimentary robes and slippers AWARENESS STUFF: • Elevator stopped working for a full day, we had to trudge up/down six flights of stairs – awareness in case one has mobility issues. They did their best to keep us informed. • Coffee maker was not intuitive, ask front desk for help to use • Not too many restaurants within a short walk, so consider eating dinner before returning to room at night NEEDS ACTION: • Complimentary macaroons provided first day, these should be provided each day

You can’t go wrong with Bourgogne et Montana. The staff is most congenial, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room had a beautiful view of the Assembly Nacionale. The d’Orsay museum and the Louvre are an easy walk. The hotel was perfect for us, and we will definitely be back!

This wonderful boutique hotel is the perfect place to stay in Paris! The left bank location is perfect to walk to museums, Eiffel Tower, Latin Quarter etc. We had two perfectly appointed rooms, with espresso maker, heated towels, & comfy bed after a long day walking. The breakfast was delicious, Valentina made wonderful lattes! The staff was amazing, with Ibi and Ishmael going over and above to help us with reservations, booking private tours and even translating with our Uber drivers. The hotel made our trip even more amazing, cannot wait to visit again!

Came back after sometime due to the pandemic. Quality stays the same, it’s a boutique hotel nicely furbished and stylish. Room is comfy but don’t expect large spaces, we are in Paris and in an historical area. Excellent bath accessories and a nice walk in shower. Plus: location, style, courtesy and staff Minus : no refrigerator, toilet bowl literally squeezed between the shower and the wall ( at least in my room, nr.21) and impossibile to have breakfast before 7 am. For fresh bread and croissants you have to wait until at least 7.20. If you are on business this could be bothering.

Dear sandros998, Thank you for sharing your mostly positive recent experience with us. All feedbacks are important, it helps us to maintain our level of service and comfort it even more. Be sure that we are trying our best to provide our guests with fresh products coming from the best boulangerie close by instead of frozen items instantly available. However you're absolutely right, we will make sure in the future to reduce as much as we possibly can the delay between the pick up of those products and our buffet breakfast opening. Our corporate guests are more than welcome, we will take the necessary arrangements to make things also right for them. Sincerely, Alexandre Mahieu - General Manager

Exceptional boutique hotel in the 7th arrondissement, a minute walk from the National Assembly. In a city filled with small hotel rooms, ours was of satisfactory size (about 250 sq. ft.) and very tastefully decorated. Great location and staff, and a classically beautiful building, too. Within walking distance of many of the great sights of Paris (Louvre, Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees, Les Invalides, Musee D'Orsay, Palais Garnier, River Seine and much more). Wish the shower was a bit larger, otherwise zero complaints. The hotel offered a discount for extended stays (we stayed five nights) which turned a very good value into a superb one!

Loved this sweet little hotel. We booked their largest room (I think?) and it was very large with a kind size bed - larger than many hotel rooms in the US. The shower was great, wonderful water pressure and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff was so kind of easy to work with. It is literally steps outside of the National Assemblie and easy walking distance to both the National Assemblie and Invalides metro stops. No complaints about this lovely hotel.
