The Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel is located in the most beautiful areas of Paris, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower. Also near the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, this bourgeois house with Haussmannian architecture was transformed into a luxury hotel in the 1920s and then took the name of its first and famous client, Lord Baltimore. With its elegant, refined decoration and cozy atmosphere, the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel invites you to the French art of living.

Detailed Reviews
This hotel is centrally located between the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees. 5 min. walk to the tower and 10 min. to the shopping Mecca of Paris.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable and staff is very friendly and attentive. Several local cafe’s and restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. The package we had included breakfast which was a very nice spread of a typical European breakfast. Fruits, juices, cured meats and cheeses, breads, croissants and omelettes to order. The French pressed coffee is excellent as are their cappuccino’s. We would definitely batty here again.

Stayed here last weekend, it was a surprise gift from my daughter. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were treated like VIP"s. We were met by the Conceige, his smile made the start of my time here, he took our cases, and we proceeded to check in. The staff on duty were so welcoming, they were professional, courteous and nothing was to much trouble..
We were booked into the deluxe suite, it didn't disappoint, just WOW, slippers, robes, even little gym hand weights, little pots of sweets, nuts, beautiful coffee machine with pods, mini fridge which was well equipped, the bottled water was free, the wine and champagne was to be paid for if consumed. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony( see pics below). I have never seen a bed like it, it was HUGE, and I can honestly say I had the best nights sleep EVER, even my daughter was shocked that I slept so soundly.
A beautiful restaurant but sadly we were told it didn't open on a Saturday and Sunday so we could frequent there, however they had a very good menu, and the food could be served outside or in their reception area,, which was filled with the most comfiest sofas and chairs. There was also a bar, which served a wonderful selection of wine, spirits and champagnes and a few cocktails.
We had room service once in the evening , it was quite late about 11.30pm , the food was amazing, we chose a light snack which was croque Monsieur with a side portion of fries, perfect!!.
The following morning I rang down for room service, and the breakfast was exquisite (see pics below) breads, pastries , omelettes ,coffee, fresh fruit and a wonderful selection of Jams.
Sadly due to a family emergency back home we had to leave this beautiful hotel a day early. 😢 but I can assure you , Jessica and I will be back..all your staff are a credit to you ❤️

This is a wonderful hotel! The first thing we noted was the lovely Parisian architecture with individual balconies and flower boxes. The staff could not have been more welcoming, from the doorman to the breakfast staff. Saber was particularly attentive each morning to help us start our day. Breakfast was an array of fresh and dried fruit, cheeses, meats, pancakes, pastries, yogurts, breads, along with made to order eggs of all types soft boiled to omelette and French toast offered one morning. The concierge was most helpful in restaurant recommendations and securing tickets. We also noted how fluent the front desk staff was in transitioning from one language to another (French to English to Russian) Public area decor was tasteful and comfortable. Lots of banquettes and couches. Rooms were quiet and restful with very comfortable beds, and bathrooms gave a bit of luxury to our stay with plush bathrobes and Balmain products. The location of the hotel in the 16th arrondissement was great, with easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and the Trocadero. Boissiere metro stop was just a block away, making transportation very convenient. Do not miss the artisan patisserie nearby. We had a lovely stay at the Sofitel Eiffel Tower and would love to stay there again on our next trip to Paris.

I stayed at Sofitel with my family and children. Although the hotel is good. The service is terrible. The receptionist does not value Plaintinum members. The room service is terrible, they take 2 to 3 hours to delivery even after repeated calls. We had requested for airport Cab for early morning flight, in the morning they tell as cabs are not available. I had to book two different taxis with my small kids and luggage. The service for kind for rates they charge as five star hotel is terrible.

We truly appreciate that you took the time to share with us your feedback even if we are saddened to read that your last stay in our hotel did not live up to your expectations. We stayed at this hotel as Gold status Accor members staying in a junior suite which was upgraded at check in. We also received our welcome drink vouchers. Due to Covid this hotel has enhanced cleaning in place and I have to say it was spotless. Plenty of hand sanitiser and protocols in common areas. Breakfast is continental only at the moment but still very good. We had room service one night and the bar menu has a limited but tasty range of food available. All staff members were excellent, we loved the amenities including Hermes toiletries. After months of lock down we were glad to be treated to a luxurious stay at this hotel.

During three nights we enjoyed our Junior Suite (510) with balcony on a quiet side-street of this perfectly located hotel (between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower) and its delicious breakfast. The real big asset of this hotel though are the staff.! The staff (reception, breakfast room, bar, cleaning staff) are all, without any exception, extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel management must have spent a lot of attention to selection and training of their staff. I'm sure it pays off. On our next trip to Paris we'll return to this lovely hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights the weekend that France went in to lockdown for COVID-19 (unfortunately we had to leave a day early).
This is a lovely hotel situated between the Arc De Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. It’s not too big and we were able to upgrade for no extra cost to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower (probably because they weren’t very busy!).
The staff were excellent despite the uncertain times and could not do enough for us.
We will be returning to Paris to visit all the places we couldn’t this time, and we will be staying here again.
I wish all the staff well during this difficult time.

A perfect hotel experience. Extremely professional and experienced in hospitality. This is a five star establishment but feeling as a parisian palace. We stayed in their largest suite and it was excellent and spacious and well furnished with a beautiful view.
The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.
The bar downstairs makes great cocktails. The breakfast is delicious and always served with a smile.
The location is between best of both sides of the city, 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower in one direction and 10 minutes walking in the opposite direction gets you to the arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees. We would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for making our visit to Paris one not to forget we will definitely visit again and stay at Sofitel Baltimore.
Thank you.

Thank you to all the lovely staff at the Sofitel Baltimore, we had a fabulous anniversary weekend in Paris.
There was an issue on arrival because the previous guests refused to leave the room we were to take but the staff worked tirelessly to arrange a solution that satisfied everyone involved.
The room was fabulous (I understand why the previous clients did not want to leave!)
Throughout our stay we were made to feel very special and all of the staff were friendly and professional. Difficult to fault.
The hotel is in an excellent location, good restaurants close by, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe easily walkable. Shopping on Champs Elysees also very close.
We will be back.
Thankful to Camille and Louise in particular..

Wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff and service were AMAZING! Rooms and hotel were clean, the location was central to everything we did and the Metro station was less than a block away and a ton of cafes and restaurants on the street. Upon arrival the bellman advised us the UBER driver was trying to overcharge us and ended up intervening and saving us 30 Euros. Breakfast was included with our package and I cannot stress how AMAZING the food was. Would definitely stay here and recommend
