Just had an amazing 3 nights at Maison Astor. It is in a terrific location and very walkable to all sides of the city. My daughter and I had a beautiful room with terrace and were able to get 2 twin beds. The shower is wonderful but what is even better is the friendly staff literally everywhere.. the check in, the restaurant, the bar and the concierge were all amazing and friendly and ok great care of us always with smiles and looking to ensure we were maximizing our time. The concierge even reached out ahead of our visit to help with any questions I had and to pre book any sites we wanted to see. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed here for Christmas Eve 2019. The hotel is very chic and clean. We stayed in one of the suites with the rooftop patio, although not very useful in December it was till really cool. We had views of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if we're ever back in Paris.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Paris, then look no further. The Maison Astor was tremendous during our entire four night stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and can speak multiple languages (including English) so communication was never difficult. The concierge helped us on multiple occasions and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is very nice and located in a great area of Paris.

We negotiated a good price over the phone for a roof top suite and an additional rooom. When we arrived we were asked to pay 200 euro more in front of our guests rather loudly in the lobby. To make matters worse, the person that checked is in was also the one that made the original reservation. We went along with the price change in order not to make a scene. This was very disappointing and dishonest. I have never experienced anything like this at other Hilton Properties we have stayed at.

I made a last minute trip to Paris once I heard it was open for US travelers. I am a Hilton Honors member so I made my choice based on the central location and amenities. The staff welcomed me and made me feel at home. This was my first visit to France so I was nervous about being lost and navigating language issues but everyone spoke English and were very patient with my attempts with French. The room was comfortable and clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was delicious and the on-site restaurant had a nice menu. The concierge was especially helpful with making reservations and guiding me to various sites. The location was close to everything. I prefer to walk and found that getting to the famous spots of the city were 30 min or less. I also liked that it was located on a quiet and well-lit street. If your plans bring you to Paris, you will not be disappointed choosing this hotel.
