When we arrived at the hotel, the reception helped us to find the garagae, also the front desk was super friendly. When staying in the room for about 1h, we figured out that there will not be any chance to take a sleept. We are super noise-sensitive, so always check on isolated rooms - which was part of the room description. But indeed, we could even hear voices from the street. Thus, Square hotel does not at all satisfy the requirements of a noise-isolated 5-stars hotel, unfortunately. Thus, we decided to move to another hotel... The (night) front desk colleague told me to get in touch with the manager - which I did via email on Monday after our stay. But within 1 week, I did not even get an answer... I am not expecting being fully reimbursed for our experience... but at least get into a conversation with the management...…

The hotel was accessible, the room was big and clean, the staff were friendly and efficient and the continental breakfast was nice and reasonably priced. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, and will stay here again next time we're in Paris.

Very nice stay as usual. The room was impeccably made, it was good having Angelina chocolate as little gifts. The person at the reception was really useful and lovely her name is Denise if I am not mistaken.

I was staying there just for one night. The every single staff including restaurant was very friendly and professional. There is nothing to complaining really. If I do, WI-FI connection was slight weak I thought but again it’s not a big deal as I fully enjoyed my stay there. I would like to visit there again and stay longer next time

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful without being intrusive and very accommodating to our needs. The room was immaculate, with high-line facilities. Breakfast wasn’t quite a 5 star standard but the portion sizes were very generous. A great stay!

The service is globally weak. The check in was simple and not completed with all the informations (coffee, water are complimentary or not? It would be better in a 5 stars hotel to ask your guests if they want to be escorted in the room or not). You can feel the pressure because if you are talking to the receptionist, the phone rings and there's no one other people answering. No dog amenities even if they pay 30 euros per night. The continental breakfast is poor and every day the quantities change (price and quality do not fit). The suite needs to be fully checked from the engineering department (see the water temperature and signs everywhere: walls, tables... Floor has signs too) Poor amenities in the room (no bottle opener, no luggage rack, pen not working, show shine sponge hasn't been changed and it seems that shower gel, shampoo etc are replaced randomly) Windows are really dirty. Room service served a cold pasta. The bed is very comfortable but not the linen used, which are not soft at all. Slow Internet and room technology is very poor. Turndown service (couverture) is VERY basic. One night I had to call the reception three times and you can't talk to the food and beverage department to order your food, but the reception would do that. I asked for a late check out (15:00 pm) but it seemed that the housekeeping department wasn't aware because at 14:30 they rang at the door (even if there was the Do not Disturb Sign). You do not feel home. You can't feel warm welcome and farewell. …

Lovely property, reasonably sized comfortable rooms, excellent service and well located for views of the Eiffel Tower. Downsides were don’t like the smell of the Nuxe toiletries, weak shower power and the water temperature fluctuates. WiFi was mostly good.
