My friends booked this dinner cruise for my family & themselves. The staff was magnificent & the food was outstanding. My kids, who can be picky eaters, enjoyed every bite. We had the opportunity to meet the cruise captain. He was extremely friendly. The staff was top notch & friendly. I would highly recommend this dinner cruise, either as a couple or a family.
My wife and I stayed at the beginning of July for four nights. Upon check in we were told of an unexpected sailing so we had to schedule our trip around that. We requested a table reservation for the dinner that was to be served during the sailing and was told that a table could be arranged but they wouldn't be able to feed us because they were fully booked, and they were going to prepare meals for the other guests but not for us. We rushed our day to make the sailing on time which included a meal at a nearby restaurant because we were expecting to not be offered dinner with the other guests only to discover during the sailing that we could've eaten a nice dinner while sailing like everyone else. After getting into the room we did a quick inspection and found copious amounts of mould in the shower. The room smelled mouldy and the front desk clerk was very unhelpful and even went as far as to ignore us mid conversation to pick up the phone and talk to her friends for the next five minutes. The next day we set off for our adventures around Paris and returned in the late evening to find our hotel room door left wide open to any stranger passing by. Not sure why but they also removed the garbage can from our room and some of the complimentary toiletries. We had the shower drain back up on us while showering and went to report it to the front desk, they didn't care or know what to do about it. All in all a very unprofessional environment for a hotel or any sort of accommodation in the hospitality industry. Book elsewhere folks. Not cheap. Mouldy. And our personal space and security of our belongings was negligible.…
This place is brilliant, the staff looked after us very well and took care of everything we required and more. We asked for a bottle of Champagne in the room, went onto the deck for a drink and came back to roses and petals scattered on the bed. Without doubt we will be staying here the next time we are in Paris.
I and my partner enjoyed the place, we really want to coma back for a different room soon. Thanks the jacuzzi was the best and the color changing, the bed was are very good size. We liked the top of the boat too when we can see whole France. And the candle for my partner birthday wow he really loved it, the food also nice cooked.
A horrible experience!!! The suite with a bath with hydro massage appeared to look straight at the wall with a very dark light inside the room and cheap motel-like lights, which created a feeling of being in a cellar with an old furniture, no space to open the wardrobe and walk freely, NO air-conditioning, NO outer light, which started making me claustrophobic, and a mini-bar shining in your face when you sleep, overall giving absolutely NO reason to having paid 285€/night for this room!!! During the reservation we asked for it to have a convertible bed for a 3rd person in a room, but when we arrived I was shown leather sofa blocks which had a broken mechanism, so it couldn’t be made as a sleeping place (and actually even with a working mechanism it would never count as a proper place to sleep) and the receptionist girl didn’t know anything about how to prepare it!! Finally, she called for her colleague who spoke only French, which I fortunately understand, and he said that the mechanism is broken, so, firstly, I was offered to sleep on a mat on the floor!! However, having declined this option, I fortunately was offered to sleep in a room in front (which though didn’t have Wi-Fi), but the only thing they managed to offer instead of this wine cellar was a tiny standard room with a tiny window but without ANY features of the suite that we have paid for. Oh, and it was the next day, because our first night they said they’re “complet” and can’t do anything!! Finally, we sticked with this horrible dark room, where by the way it shakes you and wakes you up with the noises of working engines and from the corridor... Stuff here is very incompetent, especially the receptionist girl, who is saying “We are complete” for any request and unwilling to do anything to conform with the title “VIP hotel”, especially in terms of the attitude to the client. Location is horrible, there’s absolutely nothing to do here, the price is unimaginably high for such a level of service and amenities, and I would say it’s a rather 2-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star one!! By NO WAY!! If only we hadn’t paid the full price for 3 nights at the beginning, I would definitely cancel on it and try finding literally anything else, because ANY other place would be a better place to stay in Paris. Especially, for this money!! That’s by far THE most horrible experience I’ve ever had in Paris!! Save your trip and don’t come here!! I have my last night here, and I can’t wait to get out of it!!…
