This was our third stay at Hote Beauchamps. The location is perfect - within easy walking distance to the Paris has to offer - transportation, dining, shopping and tourist sites. Rooms are clean. AC works! Breakfast is varied and plentiful. The staff are very helpful and always cheerful.. The price for the room was very fare, compared to surrounding properties.
Our stay at Hotel Beauchamps was perfect. The room was nice, the staff was awesome, especially Adam, the concierge. Our future trips to Paris will definitely include a stay at the Hotel Beauchamps! Until next time...
My room was directly opposite a building site where works started at 4.30/5am every morning - this resulted in a lot of noise and disruption. The staff were not pragmatic or at all helpful when trying to resolve issues and I would not stay at this hotel again.
Nice very tidy rooms, very friendly and professional staff, excellent location, there’s receptionist his name is “Yanis” he’s so professional, friendly, and helpful. The rate was good The breakfast was nice and good variety’s the ac is the excellent
Arrived on Monday 22nd got taken to our rooms which were very nice got told to use the lift you need your room key which was fine until they don't work.... we were there for 4 days and everyday had to get our keys redone so we could use the lift then redone to enter our rooms, absolute pain.... breakfast all looked lovely with plenty of choice however if you want hot don't bother!!! The eggs, bacon, sausage, beans and mushrooms are left in hot plates from when cooked but very quickly go cold and they are not replenished with fresh hot servings at all!!!! The restaurant and bar are not open of an evening so nowhere to relax with a drink at the end if the day... also whilst there No hot water from Tuesday - Wednesday at 5pm, which I understand was beyond their control but we still had to pay taxes which maybe we shouldn't ofdue to this or at least not the full amount....location is very good literally 2 mins from Champs Elysees...wouldn't stay again though and definitely not a 4 star which it boasts!!!!!…
We stayed at the Hotel for four nights and were very happy with its location. It is about a two minute walk from The Champs Elysees and the Metro Station and so extremely convenient. The room was a reasonable size for a European hotel and comfortable for the three of us. The breakfast was of a good standard and the overall level service was good.
We were only in Paris for two nights, and we really enjoyed are stay at the Hotel Beauchamps. The location was close to the main attractions but with it being a few streets off the main road, it was nice to be out of the hussle and bussle of the crowds. Our room was very clean and much larger than we expected, and they had made up the rollaway bed for our son. The staff was great with helping store our bags, mailing postcards, and the Concierge was a.m.a.z.i.n.g with helping us get last minute tickets to Versailles, recommending amazing restaurants, and arraning cars for several of our trips. If we are ever back in Paris, this is definitely where we would stay and will recommend to family and friends.
I chose this particular hotel because I was assured that it has gluten-free options at breakfast and in the restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for August and the gluten-free breakfast included 3 bread rolls and 2 puffed rice galettes with chocolate. Also while I had requested 2 adjoining rooms with a view, we were given 2 remote interior rooms. The rooms were small but clean. The staff were kind. In a very good spot near the Champs-Élysées.
The location is really good, central of Paris with an easy access to the metro station, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The room was do small with no window access to the street. Maybe this depends on the reservation itself. The staff are very nice and helpful.
The staff was rude and unfriendly and unhelpful and I will never stay there again. Someone had his wife and baby trapped in the lift for over an hour and they were being rude and sluggish about it and not bothered.
