Oh gosh this place is a disaster. First of all, tue restaurant is only open for breakfast and the breakfast is absolutely mid. The (bad word) lights don’t turn off. The radiator turns off randomly. I had to go pick up toilet paper from the front desk when we ran out of it. Trash sound isolation because I could hear everything that was going on in the street. Wi-Fi is terrible and is a goddamn puzzle to even use it. The toilet door doesn’t lock and the elevator doors only close halfway. Only like three people in the staff speak English. AND this place is seriously understaffed at all times. Avoid this (bad word) at all costs, save your money.

Dear Joris B, First of all I would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Paris. I would like to apologise for all the incidents you have encountered during your stay in our establishment. It is true that for the moment our restaurant Café Clotilde is only open for breakfast service for which we offer a continental buffet and hot dishes such as filled omelettes. For the technical incidents with the radiators and the lighting we will investigate to understand what could have happened in your room. Our hotel is new and all our equipment should work perfectly. Concerning the fact that you have to go down to the reception to get toilet paper, this is due to the fact that from a certain time our receptionists cannot leave the reception. I would like to stress that all our staff in contact with customers speak English. I would like to apologise once again because I see that we have unfortunately not met your expectations, despite the proposals made by the staff and also the commercial gesture that we made on your bill. Excelente atención, el hotel está restaurado a nuevo, todo por estrenar, muy limpio, silencioso, cerca del transporte. Quiero destacar la atención es de maravilla, en la ciudad se nos hace muy difícil con el idioma pero los recepcionistas son increíbles y nos ayudan en todo momento, los felicito por la atención y lo súper recomiendo, vine con mi hija de 15 años y nos sentimos muy cuidadas!!! Te sentis como en casa!
