The staff and personnel of the hotel were gracious hosts who saw to all of our needs to perfection. From helping with lost baggage to getting new medicines that were lost to restaurant recommendations and reservations they were eager and ready to help. The moment you walk through the doors you are greeted by the kind and warm staff. They are there to make everything perfect, which they did. Two of our rooms were ready early and we were so pleased to find beautiful windows that could open so we could enjoy the sounds of Paris. Located next to the Church of Sainte Marie-Madeleine and by the Metro made getting around easy. There was no lack of restaurants within a five minute walk . The breakfast is a must do. Everything was delicious and fresh! The beds were comfy and rooms spotless. For a wonderful stay in Paris with the kindest and most helpful staff around don’t hesitate to stay at the Hotel Madeleine Plaza.

The Hotel Madeleine Plaza was a very nice hotel, in an excellent location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a "cozy" room, and it was very comfortable for the two of us. The view of the Madeleine church across the street was an added bonus. Excellent stay overall.

Excellent stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and comfortable room. Convenient continental breakfast was included. Great location is near to bus stop and subway station. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

My friend and I stayed here for a girls trip. We had an adjoining rooms which were small but still allowed a lot of space or luggage and to enjoy the room comfortably. The opening windows out to the view were wonderful as the sun flooded in late afternoon. Close to the tube and in walking distance of Printemps and Rue de Haussmann. We enjoyed our stay. Only minus was the air con was very hot and could not be individually controlled from the room.

We have the chance to have several metro lines located only 50 meters from the entrance of the hotel. Moreover, a lot of attractions are close enought to just walk over there. We are sorry to hear that the air conditioning was not working properly. We can't have at the same time air-conditioning and heat in our rooms. The perfect small Paris luxury hotel with a great location, a lovely room, great views, wonderful service, and a delicious breakfast. Staying here feels more like an intimate B&B with hosts ready and willing to please you at every moment. The neighborhood is thriving with shops, restaurants, and the ;perfect Paris vibe. Thoroughly recommended. Great location and views to die for (as well as the awesome Madeleine Church, we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our 5th-floor room. Corner rooms are fab - windows on two sides and a wraparound (albeit v narrow) balcony, although there wasn't a lot of room for 2 people and our stuff. I'd say that's a trade-off well worth having in return for the view/location/character. Despite the location on a busy square, it wasn't too noisy at night with the windows shut. Beds v comfortable. Breakfasts decent. Staff particularly friendly and helpful.

We are very lucky to be directly in the Place de la Madeleine and have a direct and close view for the Madeleine church. In the case of our corner rooms, which are our Deluxe room, the view over the church is guarantee. We undertsand that size of some of our room might be too small with a lot of luggages. In that case, do not hesitate to let us know as we might have other categories to suggest you. As you wrote, the location is busy during the day, nearby most shopping areas. We stayed in a Cosy Room here in August and had a lovely experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Other reviews are right in saying the rooms are quite small, but they outline the size on their website. The rooms are very nice - we had a great view of the Place de la Madeleine and an amazing air conditioner (highly important in the summer heat!). The biggest perk is the location - very close to metro and bus stops, plus within walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a terrible hotel. Tiny, dingy little rooms at absurd prices. Our 500 Euro a night "suite" was little larger than a prison cell. My wife and I literally couldn't pass each other without turning sideways. I hate to imagine their standard rooms . In three days, never once did anyone at the front desk in the minuscule lobby say hello, or even nod as we went by. Lastly, despite my having guaranteed my room with a credit card, which they authorized long in advance, they threatened me by email the day before I arrived. Either pay before even arriving (despite having a pre-authorized credit card for my fully cancelable reservation) or they'd cancel my reservation. Having seen their rooms. it became clear why they are so desperate to get you to pay before you even arrive. I'd never stay in this dump again and recommend you don't make the SERIOUS mistake of staying there either. Don't say I didn't warn you!…

Our experience for a family of four was terrific. The staff was very friendly, and their pre and post arrival communication was very helpful. Our rooms were clean, stylish and inviting. The rooms have high ceilings with large, scenic windows, as you hope in Paris. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Very walkable with easy access to the Metro. The staff prebooked a taxi for us for an early morning departure to the airport.
