I would definitely recommend this hotel to people. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. The room is small but bigger than most hotels I have stayed at in Paris. It is a bit far from the main attractions but the metro...More
We stayed here for our city holiday, looking for a convenient hotel close to the center of Paris. We came by car, so it shouldn't be too close to the center because of parking issues and we knew that the metro is the best way...More

Dear Jean-Paul S,
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the hotel Mercure Paris Alésia.
The teams and I are really glad you had a nice stay with us and enjoyed our hotel, its location, staff and services.
Very convenient location is a major plus. Close to the U-tube. The service - is a major minus. Every single action takes long time with many people engaged. The personnel seems not to be very happy of working there...

Its not in the city centre but its 2 min walk from metro station and tram station just across the hotel that will connect you to the city within 30 mins. Lots of good patisseries and bakeries around. Many resturants, fast food chains and super...More
okay for a business trip, still not that cheap considering the location (15 minutes by car/metro) from city center. The check-in took almost 10 minutes. Breakfast 19 EUR. A bit too expensive. And the WIFI did not work properly on the work phones.

The hotel is a bit far from the Eiffel Tower. It is about 30 minutes or so away by metro. I recommend downloading the Paris Metro app which will guide you exactly how to use the metro to get to any tourist attraction as well as which carriage you should board to make transferring to another line easier. Please book your tickets for the Eiffel Tower in advance as the lines are quite long to wait in. You can do both the cruise and tower on the same day. I have seen many packages online offering both, maybe you should book them in advance to make the experience easier for you.
