Our experience at the hotel was excellent. All of the staff did an outstanding job on customer service, especially Pedro. He made sure everything was taken care of and remembered our name as we walked through the lobby. This does not discount many of the other staff members we encountered. The Pullman will be one of our best experiences as we travel around the world. The breakfast at the Pullman was one of the best we have encountered. It has such a range of selections.

Great staff: helpful, friendly and accommodating. I did not choose this hotel--we came in ahead of a cruise and decided to stay where the cruise was hosting, so as not to change hotels. What a surprise! It's probably mostly a business hotel, but feels more personal. Lovely room, great bed and pillows. Nice bar and restaurants. Short block to the train and metro station. The manager circulated the lobby several times a day, greeting guests and insuring their satisfaction. I would stay here again.

Always wanted to go to Paris finally made it. Really loved my trip and partly thanks to my experience at Pullman Montparnasse. The concierge team were really welcoming and helped me a lot to plan my trip with my friend :)

Gabriel and Arnold are amazing. Such great customer service. This is a wonderful hotel and has become one of our favourites to frequent. Amazing location and stay. Everything was easily accessible, and we we're easily able to find our way around to our destinations amd back to the hotel.

I had a wonderful time! The room was clean and spacious, with a great view. Breakfast was wonderful. The service was spectacular. The location was great for the things that we wanted to do, and really close to a metro/train station.

Such a nice hotel and situated across from a train station. The front desk staff were wonderful as well as the gentleman who brought our luggage to our room. We had a great view from our room and hotel is within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.

Out of place in a beautiful city. It’s way over the top with trying to be cool and innovative. Uncomfortable beds and pillows, no fresh air can’t open windows and a loud cooling system . Charge you for everything even 5 euros to open a bottle of wine. Staff is friendly and a lot of people trying to help. For no apparent reason . No desire to make a reservation to see the sky bar for a fee as a guest as our room staried at an even more atrocious building. What could they possibly offer. Very off putting . We really were excited for a return visit to Paris but were hoping for a more traditional experience. This is not for us.

The hotel is usually considered easily accessible and close to the main train and metro lines leading to various Parisian sites in a typical district of in and out of Paris. The same goes for our bedding, which generally receives a lot of positive feedback. Skybar Paris is a very popular rooftop, and in order to guarantee optimal service and adequate space for all our customers, it is indeed necessary to book in advance. This is common practice in clubs of this type, and we thank you for your understanding in this matter. We understand that our modern design and our customer service may not suit your tastes. Extremley disappointed with our stay at pullman hotel for the amount of money paid. We(my, wife and 2 year toddler) stayed there 4 nights and service provided by hotel was below par or maybe we were expecting too much for basic things idk.. 1) First night we asked for extra blanket as our toddler was sleeping in between us and we didnt want to use single a blanket as it might cover him entirely in midfle but house keeping never showed up with blanket. I called again next morning, they said they are sending one, never showed up, i called again 2nd night for third time and it never came. We gave up after that. I am sure there was no language barrier and they understood what we were asking for but failed to provide. 2) About after 2 days into our stay, the bath soap had ran out, we had gotten house cleaning done every day and we hoped that they would notice and refill it but was never refilled. For a 4 star hotel, pullman provided 1 star service. We sudnt have to remind housekeeping of how to do thier job and what to refill. 3) Apprently we asked for too many water bottles amd they had to remind us that it would cost 11euro per bottle from there on. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts before, never had issue with asking for water or to be reminded of outrageous cost. Hey pullman maybe loose the fancy glass bottles for aesthetic and actully provided proper service to your guests 4) Room temp heat- does not work, even if you set it to maximum heat setting, room feels so cold. We had to put extra layers on our toddler so he wudnt feel cold. I dont think i wud ever stay at any off accor chainhotels. Terrible service Instead of replying back with standard we are sorry blah blah blah. Actully look into this and fix problem.…
