Nestled in a prime location, Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hotel is lauded for its cleanliness and modern amenities, boasting rooms that offer stunning city views and contemporary comforts. While the atmosphere is vibrant, with modern decor and a buzzing nightlife, some guests have reported noise disturbances. The hotel's service receives mixed feedback, as attentive staff encounters are sometimes overshadowed by slow responses. Despite its convenient location and impressive amenities, the inconsistency in pricing and room service efficiency has left some travelers questioning the overall value.

We’ve just come back from a 3 night stay.
It’s located roughly an hours walk from the Eiffel Tower.

We were disappointed with having to pay a €300 deposit on arrival which was sprung on us, and bear in mind they tell you it’s refunded immediately but it’s been 24 hours from check out and still nothing, I think this amount is absurd Paris is extremely expensive and if you haven’t calculated this into you holiday spends or bring a credit card to put this on then you will find yourself watching your funds.
Despite this the rooms were amazing, modern, cleaned every day with fresh towels, Nespresso coffee pods and complimentary bottled water and amazing views, we were on the 23rd floor on the right of the hotel and got to see the sunrise each morning.

There is a little supermarket to the left of the hotel for anything you might need, cans of fizzy drink being only €1

The skybar was lovely, extremely expensive as you’d imagine. we were told we had to spend €50 per couple while up there but if you go after 11pm there is no minimum spend, when we got the bill the lady in the skybar said we didn’t have to spend the minimum €50 pp despite what the lady on the desk downstairs says.

We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that although that was €30 pp, there is lovely little cafes around the area so we didn’t miss out and grabbed a coffee and croissant on our walks.

We used the gym one morning which is nice, has a few pieces of equipment and two Seperate rooms, towels to use and pieces of fruit which is a nice touch.

I would definitely stay here again if they waiver the €300 deposit

The hotel has views of the city of Paris in every room, and the Skytop bar has views of the Eiffel Tower. Incidentally, we did go to the bar which requires that you spend a minimum of 50 EU per person. They really only served appetizers and they were amazing. It was 130 EU for dessert and 3 appetizers along with 2 glasses of champagne.
The room was very clean and had a large safe for our valuables. The outlets were mostly European but there was a US style outlet and a UK outlet.
The location is near shopping centers and there are a ton of food establishments within walking distance.
The bed was very comfortable for sleeping and the shower had a handheld unit as well as a large shower head with plenty of room for 2.
The breakfast is expensive at 32 EU, so we skipped it in favor of a nearby restaurant.
It was an excellent hotel for couples and it deserves its 4 star of 5 rating.
They are pretty firm on the arrival time of 3:00 PM, so if you arrive early, you need to have alternate plans.
I am normally a Marriott loyalist, but I got this hotel through JetBlue vacations.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Beds were firm and comfy, black out curtains so the whole room in darkness when you sleep so that was brilliant.

Rooms were modern with lots of little extras like a robe, bottled water, cotton pads, slippers and a tablet in the room to order room service. We were able to screen cast our iPad to the TV to watch Netflix which was great. Room was really clean and bedding and towels changed daily, some really friendly staff too really made you feel welcome.

A little on the expensive side but it’s is a 4 star hotel so to be expected.

2 restaurants and a sky bar on the top floor with amazing views of Paris. The pizza from Filia is amazing !! Umami Burger wasn’t too impressive but still nice.

They sky bar staff helped to accommodate my partner to propose to me up there, made sure the area was free of guests and filmed it all for us with a bottle of champagne after, the staff in the restaurant also knew and gave us some free Prosecco with our meal which was so lovely.

Not too far from main attractions - Eiffel tower 12 min drive, the Louvre around 20.

We paid a 300 euro damage deposit on arrival and it was refunded within 3 days of leaving so really prompt. Especially over Christmas.

I would stay here again we had a wonderful experience xx

Extremley disappointed with our stay at pullman hotel for the amount of money paid. We(my, wife and 2 year toddler) stayed there 4 nights and service provided by hotel was below par
or maybe we were expecting too much for basic things idk..

1) First night we asked for extra blanket as our toddler was sleeping in between us and we didnt want to use single a blanket as it might cover him entirely in midfle but house keeping never showed up with blanket. I called again next morning, they said they are sending one, never showed up, i called again
2nd night for third time and it never came. We gave up after that. I am sure there was no language barrier and they understood what we were asking for but failed to provide.

2) About after 2 days into our stay, the bath soap had ran out, we had gotten house cleaning done every day and we
hoped that they would notice and refill it but was never refilled. For a 4 star hotel, pullman provided 1 star service. We sudnt have to remind housekeeping of
how to do thier job and what to refill.

3) Apprently we asked for too many water bottles amd they had to remind us that it would cost 11euro per bottle from there on. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts before, never had issue with asking for water or to be reminded of outrageous cost. Hey pullman maybe loose the fancy glass bottles for aesthetic and actully provided proper service to your guests

4) Room temp heat- does not work, even if you set it to maximum heat setting, room feels so cold. We had to put extra layers on our toddler so he wudnt feel cold.

I dont think i wud ever stay at any off accor chainhotels. Terrible service

Instead of replying back with standard we are sorry blah blah blah. Actully look into this and fix problem.

Dear Crana25, Thank you for taking the time to share your stay experience with us. We regret the delays in providing an extra blanket and bath soap refills, and we are notifying the housekeeping team to ensure such lapses do not recur. We are also sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the additional water bottles as the information about the charge is, within our usual standards, clearly communicated during check-in. The entire Pullman Paris Montparnasse hope that you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with a memorable guest experience in the future. Sincerely yours, Christoph Merz, Hotel manager

3/23/24- This hotel was selected by Viking River Cruises for our stay for a couple of nights as began a trip. All of the people on the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic! The elevators were definitely fast and had security features as well.

However the overall room decor is so modern as to be terrible and confusing. I never did figure out what switches worked to get just the lights on that we wanted when we wanted. The desk lamp was basically a sphere that rest on the desk so the light shown into my face making it hard to read or right at that space. While the room layout was quite interesting there were SO many floor to ceiling mirrors that it was being in a fun house. Even the door to the bathroom was a complete mirror and some of the walls in the bathroom were grey tone mirrors. The mirror over the sink was hard to use as there was almost no flat surface to lay makeup and other supplies on as the sink was a huge farm style but was not an under counter type and the huge ceramic edges made it hard to rest an arm on as well. The shower had 2 types of heads and several knobs. No shower cap was provided and if I had tried the other knob first I'd have been drenched. The shower had no door and the spray did go outside the stall.

In the room I sat on a bench to use my ipad as the desk with the lamp was impossible to for reading. As I looked up I saw my reflection from several different mirrored surfaces. It wasn't even easy to find which mirrored surface was the door to the bathroom.

The room had no view. The room numbers didn't necessarily correspond to the floor, though it happened to on the floor were on. There were lots of pillows and were either hard or wimpy. Even my husband who isn't fussy about one thought they were terrible. We didn't find any way to control the temperature in the room. It was too hot to sleep well. Of course it was rather cool (winter coat plus raincoat weather) and I guess they wanted to make sure we were warm enough.

On the plus side the room was clean, the mattress was great as were the towels, robe, and a rod to hang things on, like wet rain coats rather than to put them in the closet or over a chair. Many of our traveling companions seemed to share our opinions about the room. Would never select type of room and had we known, we'd have booked our own I could not get comfortable in it. Constantly felt like I was in a maze.

This hotel is super clean and modern and in the perfect location to get around Paris with the main train station and Metro just across the road, the hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming, something that stood out was the the elevators that are controlled by your pass, which means it's only you inside and takes you direct to your floor rather than multiple stops or over crowding. Our room was breathtaking with a great view out the window of paris and perfectly designed for comfort with a king size bed. We would like to thank Fabio and Linshan from customer relations checking desk that made our welcome fun and engaging. We will most definitely return to this location again in the near future. Highly recommend.

We did a pre and post cruise stay at this hotel. They spelled our last name wrong so there was confusion while checking in and we were unable to use the app during our stay. The rooms are smaller than the hotels we usually book during our travels in Europe. The shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the walls in the shower were empty both times we stayed here. The toilet is was very hard to flush, and the amenities are bare. We bought a bottle of wine but there were no wine glasses or a wine opener provided in the room. They only provide you with 2 coffee pods, and no creamer. The hotel was at maximum occupancy so we were unable to go to the sky bar for drinks. I do not recommend this hotel as a tourist because you need to Uber to all the main attractions in the area.

Our family traveled abroad to Europe for the first time and had an amazing experience at Pullman Paris Montparnasse!! We highly recommend, it was challenging to find a hotel that could accommodate 4 - and we had a lovely room with 2 full beds and a mini-fridge.

The breakfast is unbelievable!!! With custom coffee machines featuring espresso, cappuccino and American coffee, a wide selection of fresh breads, cheeses, jams and a variety of French breakfast options including eggs (several ways), yogurt, fruit, crepes, charcuterie - they had it all. We looked forward to it everyday.

The staff was beyond incredible. They were so sweet and it was very easy to communicate as they all spoke English and were able to help with all our needs. It rained one day and they had free umbrellas available to rent, which was perfect.

The area of town was also great. We were outside of the tourist traps. All the restaurants and bakeries were local and again everyone was extremely nice and helpful, even though we didn’t speak much French. The sidewalks are huge and perfect for families who are comfortable walking. It took about 30 mints to walk to places like: Museum Rodin and Museum Orsay, 45 mines to Notre Dam/Saint Chappel. It was very easy to catch the hop on/hop off buses from there to navigate to some of the other key sites.

We opted for a taxi to the Eiffel Tower, and there were plenty to chose from right outside the hotel. There was also a train station across the street.

When we originally booked I was a little nervous that we would be too far away from the City Center, but after staying, I couldn’t be more pleased with the location.

We plan to stay here again next time!

The hotel was decent in safe neighborhood. Biggest complaint was the shower design. It was a very narrow shower and deep tub integrated with a rotating glass door covering it. The controls were so low at the tub level but shower-head placement was too high to use it without getting water all over the floor. Added to that there were too many steel rods in the narrow shower we keep getting bumped into them.
Search for "shower" in reviews and you can see other people complaining as well.

We went in April when temperatures were around 60F but A/C could hardly keep up. My friends in another room experienced the same as well.
