Good central location near the Metro. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. Breakfast is normal continental fare. Free safe for your valuables. Plenty of wine bars and cafes nearby. We felt safe here at night with no problems. They could speak good English. Yes I would go back.

Book an Ibis hotel and you know what to expect. Reasonable rate for a fair quality stay. Nothing outstanding but no disappointment. Location is really good and walking distance from many shopping and attractions. Breakfast was fair and the lady taking care of it a nice and hardworking one.

the rooms are small, the staff help average. they don't either listen or ignore, price is good, and location excellent. Ibis has a very good name- they need to teach staff to be courteous and not condescending.

When making the reservation we booked breakfast for the whole family and we got the confirmation showing that it was included for 2 adults and 1 child. However, at the hotel, they argued it was a mistake on their web page and we had to pay for our child's breakfast. My daughter Threw up and they didn't clean it up.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
